I have been looking to rent a place for a very long time, and one of Belvoirs properties caught my eye instantly, especially being allowed pets. The whole experience with Belvoir, despite the Covid-19 outbreak, has been incredible. In under a month, everything has been complete and I will be moving in soon. They have been very responsive, kept me up to date with everything that is happening, and have made the whole process very easy for someone who is renting first time. I rent through Belvoir and have had such a positive experience with them so far. Louise is so cheerful and pleasant to speak to. She advocates equally for the landlords and the tenants which is a rarity in the current market! On the rare occasion I've had issues with anything, Louise does her best to help. She's great with replying to emails despite the fact she probably has so many each day, so I feel really supported as a tenant. Was worried leaving home to rent as I'd heard rental horror stories from friends, but I needn't have worried.

Me and my partner just rented a property with Belvoir, view the property with Joe, who was friendly and helpful, been on the phone a lot with Amanda, bubbly personality and very helpfull, Daniel is the person who gave me the keys helped me when i couldn't open the door. All the staff was helpfull and friendly at all times. Moving is a stressfull process that has a lot of paperwork and bureaucracy to it, it helps to know there is a team of people who are professional and helpfull to make things flow as smoothly as they can.

I have used Belvoir for many years and have found the service they provide to be excellent. The only member of staff with whom I have had any dealings in person, Helen Bennett, has always been very professional dealing promptly and efficiently with any problems related to the properties. Highly recommend. Update: March 2022 Since my last review, the person with whom I have had the most dealings has been Emma Harbinson, a tenancy manager at Belvoir. I have dealt with her by email only (due to being away from Portsmouth) but have found her to be most helpful and has always responded to my queries and dealt with any issues in a very efficient and professional manner. Thus my earlier high recommendation for Belvoir remains unchanged.

Very friendly staff and very well-organised processes. Everything is automated and they have a system where you can lodge a request and follow-up with a reference number. I enjoyed my time when they were my landlord's agents. The only problem that happened was at the beginning when they confused my down payment with my deposit. It was all sorted later.
