I cannot recommend this estate agents enough. Mark, Alexis and Shay have been on hand straight away answering any questions or calls. However, I have to say a MASSIVE thank you to Mark, he went above and beyond any expectations for me. In work time and his own personal time. I have no words to explain how thankful I am. Without Mark I think this process could have gone on much longer than needed. I’m entirely grateful. If you’re looking to buy/sell then these are the estate agents for you!

We have used HGH for our recent property sale and can say that they were amazing. From start to finish they were highly professional and kept the interest in the property through all the avenues available to them. Responses to queries were dealt with quickly and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Mike, Alexis and the team at Portland HGH.

Thank you Alexis for being so patient with me as I deliberated and ummd and erred about my purchase. You've been there throughout my 2 year hunt and never was a viewing too much trouble. You let me make my own decision, absolutely understanding and answering all my questions along the journey xx Thank you for putting no pressure on me and it honestly felt like you were also helping me look for my forever home, not just a sale. 🥰

Hull Gregson Hull have been nothing short of amazing in assisting me to present my house for sale on the market. They have kept me updated on a daily basis. The number of viewings they have arranged have been extremely promising. All of the staff that I have dealt with have been highly professional and extremely helpful.

Recently moved with pretty short notice to Portland from Plymouth, and Jasmine and the team couldn't have made it easier if they tried. They ensured everything was ready to go when we needed it, and their customer service has been beyond exemplary. Any issues we have had with the house have been chased up until they have been resolved, and any time we have an issue it's simply one email off to HGH and it's sorted ASAP. I've never dealt with such a thorough and accommodating agents as these, and am very glad we managed to find our home through them.

We were looking to buy a house in the Portland\Weymouth area, while living several hours away, which added its own complications. But despite this, everyone at Hull Gregson Hull did everything possible to help us. We mostly dealt with Alexis, who dealt with all of our questions promptly, and where they needed to be answered by the developer, passed the question on and ensured that we received the answer. Every time we wanted an appointment to view the house, they were made on the date and time that we wanted. Overall, despite the inevitable frustrations of house-buying, this was a very positive experience, and I'd have no hesitation in using Hull Gregson Hull again.

We bought our new house from Hull Gregson on Portland. Alexis and the team although not our estate agent were still very helpful, informative and knowledgeable. The process is very stressful at times and the support is definitely needed. Towards the end of the process our own estate agent had to take a step back due to unforeseen circumstances. The team at Hull Gregson and especially Alexis continued to guide us to the very end. We are so thankful for their help and support and are now settling in to our new home.

We had three local agents to value the property for letting. The HGH team provided a personal, knowledgeable and well prepared service from the get go and were the obvious choice for us. The team subsequently let the property very quickly and dealt with all administration efficiently and have been super quick in responding to emails and dealing with issues. They also organised the EPC, Electrical testing and some minor maintenance in a very organised and professional manner. HGH we believe we’re spot on with their valuation and their management costs / set up fees are very competitive. We have no hesitation in recommending Tom and the team, brilliant service.

We recently used HGH for renting. We were in great need to find a home and the entire situation was time sensitive as finding a home made the difference between keeping our jobs or losing them! We had had several bad experiences with several other estate agents and so confidence wasn’t there! I had a great chat with Tom the Lettings manager and he reassured us he could help, and sure enough, that he did! We found a home we loved and really wanted and Tom kept us in the loop throughout the whole process, all the checks went through without a hitch! We were fully informed every step of the way, and knew we were in safe hands! Everything ran smoothly and we are now happy in our new home thanks to Toms brilliant work and effort’s!!! Tom and all at HGH have gave us back faith in estate agents and we will for sure be using HGH for any future home moves or as we hope, any future purchase!! Thank you to you all! Best estates hands down!

We found all of the team at Hull Gregson Hull Portland, really helpful. We viewed a few different properties with them and they were really informative and friendly during the viewings. All of the properties we saw were very accurate based on their web information and the booking process of viewings was also really quick and smooth. Once we made an offer on a property, Alexis in particular was brilliant - she kept us up to date with our property purchase all the way through. We met Alexis when we viewed 3 properties with Hull Gregson Hull and immediately found her to be really friendly and helpful. Once we made the offer on our property, she was extremely responsive providing us with regular phone calls and emails to keep us updated and she really did help to make the whole process as smooth as possible. The whole team have been really helpful but Alexis has been just brilliant!'
