We recently used HGH for renting. We were in great need to find a home and the entire situation was time sensitive as finding a home made the difference between keeping our jobs or losing them! We had had several bad experiences with several other estate agents and so confidence wasn’t there! I had a great chat with Tom the Lettings manager and he reassured us he could help, and sure enough, that he did! We found a home we loved and really wanted and Tom kept us in the loop throughout the whole process, all the checks went through without a hitch! We were fully informed every step of the way, and knew we were in safe hands! Everything ran smoothly and we are now happy in our new home thanks to Toms brilliant work and effort’s!!! We found all of the team at Hull Gregson Hull Portland, really helpful. We viewed a few different properties with them and they were really informative and friendly during the viewings. All of the properties we saw were very accurate based on their web information and the booking process of viewings was also really quick and smooth. Once we made an offer on a property, Alexis in particular was brilliant - she kept us up to date with our property purchase all the way through. We met Alexis when we viewed 3 properties with Hull Gregson Hull and immediately found her to be really friendly and helpful. Once we made the offer on our property, she was extremely responsive providing us with regular phone calls and emails to keep us updated and she really did help to make the whole process as smooth as possible. Since starting to look for houses, the team at Hull Gregson Hull have been great, they're very efficient with responses via both email and telephone and they always go above and beyond. They've exceeded our expectations for our buying process and have made it a lot easier than we expected. As well as communicating well with us, they also sent us multiple houses they thought would be of interest to us which resulted in us finding our first home. Paul was super helpful during our viewings and Alexis has been so helpful with answering any questions we had and had a lot of communication and was very responsive. Well when we first got there it was under a manager and he just fob you off if you ever asked any thing. Then when a new manager came named Tom everything changed. He was polite and bent over backwards to help you. So so helpful. We moved to Wales for our dream in November and to this day January the 6th Tom is still in touch with me about post. Tom is a star a lovely lovely young man. We had a flat on Portland Dorset. So Tom is at the Portland office.

I cannot recommend Matt and his team highly enough. They made what seemed what seemed to be a daunting task (buying our first home) into a simple and pain free experience providing us with reassurance and handling all of our enquiries along the way! During the process our solicitors were absolutely shocking but HGH continued to support us throughout ensuring that everybody including the developers stayed in the loop and timelines adapted accordingly. Even after moving Matt and his team have stayed in touch checking in on progress with the house and genuinely paying an interest in what we have achieved. If you want to feel like more than just a number on a database and have a team on your side who genuinely have your best interests at heart then Matt and his team at HGH are the team for you.
