HGH have been extremely helpful and considerate through the whole process of selling our house. Alexis, has been so professional throughout, ensuing that we were always kept updated. I personally couldn’t have asked for anymore from the team. Thank you so much, it wasn’t easy for any of us, but you got us to the finish line (and I’m still relatively sane 😉). Best wishes Nicky Randell

For the last five Years we had an excellent experience with Hull Gregson Hull. The team is consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Communication has been clear throughout, and everything has been handled smoothly and very efficiently. It is rare to find a letting agency that combines competence with such a personal touch esp. as we can compare HGH with the agency for our other property in Surrey. They could learn a lot from HGH. Highly recommended and I am sure we will work together for many more years.

From start to finish , the people at Hull Gregson Hull on Portland have been outstanding . They came with a lot of forethought and paperwork on our property , and also a lot of properties from around the area that are selling or just sold to show us the differences between those and our property . They were professional but also so friendly and helpful , I would highly recommend this company to all

I had an excellent experience looking to buy a house in the area with this Estate Agent who are local specialists. In particular Sam was outstanding as a communicator and an attentive agent. He showed a willingness to listen and acted with integrity and thoughtfulness throughout. In all his dealings with me he showed a mature and professional attitude that is not always so apparent amomgst his peers in the business. I am impressed by the work of Hull Gregson Hull and I would gladly recommend their services to others.

Shakira was beyond helpful during our search for a new rental property. She went out of her way to find a property that would be suitable for our family and I cannot thank her enough for her time she spent with us and helping. Not only did she offer a personal experience but she even made our additional needs son feel comfortable at viewings. I cannot recommend her enough - what a wonderful estate agent and person she is!

I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Hull Gregson & Hull in letting my property. After facing several issues with a previous local letting agent, they have exceeded my expectations. The sales team dealt with the probate sale of my fathers home with the upmost professionalism, their kindness and compassion went along way during what was a very upsetting time. The team negotiated a good price, kept us fully informed during the whole sales process with weekly updates on how the sale was progressing and got the entire transaction through in an incredible 6 weeks. I would absolutely recommend Hull Gregson Hull Portland to anyone looking to sell. Huge thank you to Sam, Mike and Shay.

Talk about being tuned in!! Within a few minutes of my walking through the door, Alexis had ascertained all the information necessary for her to connect me to the home she KNEW I was looking for. And Shay quietly picked up on our conversation and realised that my time on Portland was limited. And so he arranged a visit for ten minutes later, when I saw the house, met the owner and made my offer. This was accepted three days later and I could not be happier with the experience I’ve had. I cannot thank you both enough.

We decided to sell our property through Hull Gregson and Hull initially because it was a local agent and appeared to have a good understanding of the local property market. I like to say that we have not been disappointed. From the initial visit by Mike and Alexis to our ongoing dealings with Mike , Alexis, Shay and the whole team it has actually been a pleasure to go into the office The whole team are professional, knowledgeable, patient and compassionate especially when things haven't quite gone according to plan Throughout the sale of our property, which had considerable issues and the purchase of my new property the whole team has been a shining light I would have no hesitation in recommending Hull Gregson and Hull in the future Very many thanks Richard Cox

Excellent service from our local estate agent. A very special mention to Shay and Mike for their professional conduct, helpfulness and for going above and beyond. As a first time buyer, I had no idea what to expect or the processes involved. The team at HGH guided me through my purchase with great patience, tenacity and consumate professionalism. I particularly appreciated the lovely welcome pack that they gave me on completion day. Thoughtful little touches like this make them more than just an estate agent. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much for everything!

I've had the absolute pleasure of renting a property through Hull Gregson Hull in Portland. The rental team has been amazing throughout. My special thanks go to Shakira for looking after us, for caring about us. This kind of service is rare. I've spoken to many estate agents in the last 14 months as I desperately tried to find us a new home and not one estate agent has been as caring, friendly and genuinely supportive as Shakira and her team. A huge thank you from me.
