I’ve had a very positive experience with Hull Gregson Hull in Dorset. They have been highly professional in the way they manage and look after my property, which gives me great peace of mind. Communication has been excellent throughout. I’m always kept informed with clear and timely updates, so I never feel out of the loop. Tom has been my main point of contact and has handled my contract and tenant matters efficiently and professionally. That said, it’s clear that the whole team is involved behind the scenes. Everyone contributes to the overall management, and I’ve found them all to be approachable, responsive, and well-coordinated when it comes to progress and updates. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.

We have had the best care and service from Hull Gregson Hull - our viewing was arranged by Sophia at (literally) 10 minutes notice after we had spotted a house we liked and rang the number on the sign. Then on our second viewing Sophia had managed to arrange the vendor to be present so we could have any and all questions answered. Talk about being tuned in!! Within a few minutes of my walking through the door, Alexis had ascertained all the information necessary for her to connect me to the home she KNEW I was looking for. We have just completed on a property that was listed with Hull Gregson Hull. Despite a few complications with our mortgage, it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with these guys. Mike saw through the majority of the transaction and Shay filled in on a few occasions. There was a seamless transition between the both of them which really demonstrated that they really know what’s going on with their sales and the general communication has been excellent. From the first viewings until the end of the sale we have felt looked after, which is definitely far more notable than some other larger estate agents I have dealt with. They have been quick to highlight any issues that may have needed ironing out and have been excellent advocates for both parties in the transaction, leading to a deal that both sides have been happy with. I’m not sure there is much more you can ask of an estate agent! We definitely hope to conduct more business with HGH in the future.

Mike and the sales team were brilliant throughout the sale of our house. Mike was very personable and informative in the appraisal, and Alexis, Shay, and Paul were all incredibly helpful at every stage. The “Propertyfile”online platform used to track all elements of the sale was also incredibly useful and stopped us from continually having to be on the phone - invaluable for us as we both work full-time jobs where we cannot always be available during office hours. Again, the service from Mike and the team was second to none and we would definitely use Hull, Gregson and Hull again for any future property sales.
