Googlewhoever i speak to have always been very pleasant and helpfull. The ladies that carry out the home inspections are always polite and not at all intrusive. Matt, who carries out the yearly gas inspection is lovely to, always willing to go the extra mile. even offered to carry my rubbish out to the bin once ! so kind. good work all of you.

GoogleCalled in to speak to someone about sales, my details taken as sales person was attending a viewing. However 4 days later still no return phone call so won't be using or recommending Woods to anyone.

GoogleGetting repairs done was a struggle. At the end of our tenancy, despite having been told by the agent, landlord and checkout company that the house was immaculate, it took 25 days for us to get our deposit back. During this time, Woods responded to just one of our emails requesting information on where our money was.
