Nothing but good things to say about Ocean during the process of finding a rental flat. Lily B was very helpful and understood our requirements perfectly. She answered all of our questions promptly and was helpful throughout the entire process.

TrustpilotHow helpful Ocean is and they always do what they say they are going to do, whether it’s call back or email with updates
I started my journey with Jack at Ocean, who was polite, friendly and professional at all times. Then Paul the Manager took over and he kept me informed of any updates and was always happy to go through anything I wasn’t sure of. Very polite and professional too.

TrustpilotHighly professional, prompt and courteous.
Ocean gave us free advice which helped us get our mortgage sorted. Then our solicitor - also through Ocean - helped us through the process of buying our first house and kept us informed about everything that was happening. The staff were all highly professional, prompt and courteous. Thank you, Ocean!

Always responded quickly to phone calls and emails, were always willing to do whatever was requested to make the sale easier, particularly as I was selling at a distance. Professional throughout.

GoogleOcean were superb from start to finish really great team, Paul and Jack helped us a lot all the way through and had genuine interest to get us sold and find a new home keeping us updated and dealing with any questions we had and giving us options to help us move on. Once we sold we used Oceans solicitors as well, for buying and selling, they were the best I have used and again kept us updated with all the proceedings, which in a stressful time is needed and really much appreciated. Thank you Ocean Team, Steve and Sami.

TrustpilotMis-sold my flat
Mis-sold my flat. They told me my lease length was a lot longer than it was in my lease contract. Quite a lot of other information was incorrectly presented by the estate agent too. Will be wary of them in the future.

GoogleWe purchased through Ocean in the summer and found them to be very professional and helpful - particularly with progressing the sale. They provided a much better service than other agents in the chain who were not willing to get involved with discussions around moving dates etc. Highly recommended.

TrustpilotVery good service
Ocean lettings have been excellent at managing my property for around 11 years now. They assist with all aspects as needed, which is super helpful when living in another city to the property. Ocean have also assisted with related issues, like mortgages and sales when needed. Mirela Fedor manages my property and is very efficient at dealing with issues and responding to queries so that things get resolved.
