Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied due to the lack of verbal communication during your purchase. Upon reviewing our records, we noted numerous email correspondences between you and our team throughout the transaction, along with your regularly updated personal case portal available for 24/7 review. However, we understand that you may not have always been able to speak with the conveyancer over the phone. Due to the high volume of calls we receive daily, we cannot always guarantee immediate access to the person handling your matter unless a specific time is arranged. Nevertheless, our team is always available to take calls and assist where possible.We did however exchange contracts within 10 weeks from receiving the contract pack, well within the average time to exchange contracts in the UK 2024. This time frame included some delays caused by issues with a third-party management company, which were beyond our control.We would be happy to discuss any specifics regarding your experience further. This was my first time using Ocean Financial Services and I honestly could not have asked for more. Neil Butler arranged my mortgage and managed to get me an incredible rate that matched my needs perfectly. We had a couple of issues due to an archaic rule at the lenders end, and Neil pursued matters against all odds and managed to get it turned around (how he did this I do not know). Once arranged, Tracey Green took over and oversaw everything from form queries to follow ups with solicitors. She checked in with me every few weeks to make sure everything was going smoothly with my purchase, and already has my mortgage renewal date in her diary so that they can look for new deals. They are a fantastic team and I cannot reccomend them highly enough.
