Disgusting serviceRude unhelpful ignore emails don’t reply to phone calls shocking service
We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. As you will see from the thousands of positive reviews here on Trust Pilot your experience is contrary to the very high standards of customer care we expect to provide. We want to learn more on this matter but have not been able to find any record of a client of this name so far. If you could provide more details via customercare@oceanhome.co.uk a Director will look into it.Regards, Ocean
