GoogleWe can’t thank all the staff at Bob Gutteridge enough for their incredible support in helping my dad secure his lovely home. Without their dedication, expertise, and guidance, this wouldn’t have been possible. They went above and beyond at …

GoogleDue to Covid and the Financial Crisis our sale has taken almost a year to process. At the start of the sale, my wife became very ill with a brain tumour and died on the 29 December at the Douglas Macmillan (who were absolutely marvellous). During all this time we have been treated with courtesy, patience and understanding. They did their utmost to make a really trying time a little less fraught. They get my (and my wife's) utmost thanks. I would recommend them as Estate Agents of choice for your next sale in a heartbeat.

GoogleI have to give one star to leave a review, but in all honesty they deserve a minus score. An absolutely awful estate/rental agent. They have zero interest in the welfare of their tenants and are happy to act as representatives for unscrupulous landlords. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

GoogleExcellent experience all round. The first 4 people to view my house all made an offer and it sold within 3 days! Steve Gutteridge himself dealt with the entire transaction in an expert manner, his pictures and descriptions really sold the house. If you are selling or buying I'd only recommend this estate agent in this area

GoogleAbsolutely terrible service arranged a viewing told them the house price and that it had been reduced got there at the arranged time waited quarter of an hour they didn't show up phoned them and they said that I was at the wrong house how can this happen??? I'm appalled such a substandard company a waste of my time!!!!!
Agent replied · 7 July 2023
Morning Mr Hignett, I have tried to call you this morning to discuss the above viewing and apologise if my office made a mistake, I am also annoyed as I did attend a viewing the viewing we had booked in for you but obviously at the wrong property. I would like to assure you that I will of course try every effort to make amends for this error and if you would like me to re book the viewing for the property on any day or time to you yourself I will ensure that I attend the appointment at the correct property. Kind Regards Steve Gutteridge

GoogleBob Gutteridge is a excellent estate agents. They were very helpful when I purchased a property from them. They got me a great mortgage advisor and solicitors that made the process of buying the property so much easier. It was a fast completion with no hassle.

GoogleIt has been my honour and pleasure to have used Bob Gutteridge for the last 15 years in the management of an investment property in Newcastle. Throughout that time I have received the most impressive service form them. Initially I was looked after by Bob himself and, following his death, Steve, his son, took over and carried on the traditions. More recently Amy, Steve's wife, has looked after the letting side and thank you for that. My time with Bob Gutteridge has now come to an end as Katie Leake successfully sold the property for me at the end of last month. Thank you all and bye bye.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleBob Gutteridge are a family friend, we let property throughout Newcastle and Stoke on a Trent and first got set onto these guys by our family who also have a portfolio with them. We only buy houses on Steve Gutteridge’s advice as his knowledge is above and beyond any other agents we have met (Just moved house in Birmingham and Steve even advised me on this!). Working with the team at Bob Gutteridge is seamless. Selling/Purchase Agents and seamless Lettings Agents. Highly recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe Bob Gutteridge team provided an excellent, professional service when selling my late parent's family home. From valuation to finding a buyer Steve and his staff were brilliant. The sale had it's difficulties due to the incompetence of the buyer's solicitor but Steve worked extremely hard for us to get it completed. I really think he went "above and beyond" for us and I can't recommend his company highly enough! Many thanks again to all the team.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
