Hi Kelvin, we're saddened to learn of the negative experience that you have had with us and the team in Poole. We set very high standards for ourselves across our business and take it very seriously when these are not met. It can be evidenced that due to issues you were facing around repairs that you raised a complaint with us towards the end of November; elements of this were dealt with by the Head of Property Management and this was then addressed by the Regional Lettings Director for Poole. The outcome of the investigations were that the property management team had acted appropriately in order to resolve the matters for you in relation to the repairs however can appreciate from your comments that you are not in agreement with this. Whilst we do not believe that we have acted incorrectly we would offer our apologies that you felt the service you received from us fell below the high standards expected of Leaders.
