Even through the tough period we have been going through the team remained professional and committed to helping us secure our forever home. My sale and purchase were very difficult. The sale because my buyers were from abroad and did not really understand U.K. terminology etc. My purchase because the seller was living abroad! Also, I am in my 70’s and not really “with it” when buying or selling property. However, Hearnes personnel showed great patience and understanding. Thankfully Lyn remembered me and called two weeks later as unfortunately the buyer was not able to progress. A challenging purchase as it was an executor sale on a property requiring significant work. Emma really helped with the negotiation and brokered meetings with the sellers solicitors which helped. It seemed slow progress but Emma kept me informed and worked with my mortgage broker. She worked with my solicitor to complete the purchase. Thank you.
