GoogleAll the staff at Hearnes did their best for our house to be sold quickly despite the fact that we put the house on the market when the interest rates rocketed! They communicated regularly, organised a lot of visits, gave good feedback and sold the house in a month. They were very supportive during the conveyancing and pushed the solicitors for us to complete when we wanted. I don't think it would have happened without Laura's intervention. Linda, the owner, was also involved and phoned us to congratulate us when we completed which was lovely. I felt that we had become friends. My husband lost his dad whilst the process was going through and Linda sent us a lovely bunch of flowers. The experience was amazing and I would recommend Hearnes 100% to anybody.

FacebookHaving bought our house with hearnes 4 years ago, we didn’t hesitate to use them to sell it on this time. Matt came over to value the property remembering it well from selling it to us last time and put us at ease from the get go. Although it took a while longer to sell than I’d initially hoped, I was never in any doubt that the whole team were doing all they could to get the right people viewing and thus get the offers we were looking for. They were in constant contact with feedback from every viewing and proactive marketing suggestions and advice. Once the sale had been agreed, it was a nervous few weeks through the lockdowns before completion and I’m so grateful for Juliet for keeping everything within the chain together and moving forward - this really was invaluable and made us very thankful to be with Hearnes. Thank you all!

They went over and above in every way possible and made sure communication was consistent. Not only that they have been excellent in helping us find our next home.
