GoogleExcellent service from Lloyd and the sales team at Greys Estate Agents and the Parkstone office. They recently sold my new build property 4a Paddington Grove within two weeks. The property was already on the market with other agents, but no offers, so I’m glad I gave Greys the opportunity and would highly recommend them. GoogleTerrible, we requested to view a property and was told it had been held. Another week later we noticed it was still advertised, called again & was now able to arrange a viewing. We viewed the rental property. Put down holding deposit the next morning & confirmed paperwork. Discussed moving dates. Next day was told they had now received a 2nd holding deposit in the afternoon. My understanding is this is not an allowed practise. Later that day it was confirmed the 2nd offer was accepted. Very poor show. We shall be avoiding Greys.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleVery good. Back in 2009, after a previous estate agent only managed to arrange one viewing in twelve weeks, Greys sold my one bedroom cluster house on the first viewing. They agreed that if they could not sell it within six weeks that they could arrange to let it out for me. They are a small independent agent who don't try to sell you in-house nationwide conveyancing services which are not worth using in my experience. I spotted several advertisements containing my property in the local press and property magazines. They were very good at communicating without being pushy or annoying. I would definitely consider using them again to sell a property.
