I can’t recommend Greys Estate Agents highly enough. They sold my property quickly and achieved a great price. Communication throughout was absolutely 10/10, I was always kept in the loop and never had to chase for updates. It wasn’t the easiest sale due to some slow solicitors, but the team at Greys really went above and beyond to keep things moving. Lloyd, the director, was outstanding in getting everything over the line at the end, and Quintin and Luke were brilliant with viewings and feedback throughout the process. A genuinely professional, proactive and friendly team. Thank you for all your hard work! Look no further for an estate agent, you can trust this team.

Without Lloyd Lemon and Quintin at the Parkstone branch I don't think we would have managed to secure our forever home! We moved back down from Scotland and had a nightmare time dealing with the local Council up there chasing paperwork and the estate agent and conveyancing solicitor we used up there. What was meant to be a quick purchase turned into nearly a year of heartache and frustration in terms of the sale in Scotland. Lloyd kept a tight control on the chain down in England and worked tirelessly to keep everyone in the chain motivated, finally getting our purchase over the line before the rise in stamp duty deadline, it was to the wire!! We cannot thank the team enough and only wished there were more estate agents like Greys of Parkstone out in the world.

My elderly mother was in a dementia home and my father passed away . I had to sell the bungalow in which he lived . I live in Weymouth and I always remembered my parents , when they were both well ,saying that if they moved to be nearer me they would sell using GREYS in Parkstone . For this reason I went with GREYS. I am so glad I did . The service I received went above what I expected . Lloyd and the wonderful team were very supportive : not only did they market the property well ( it sold within a week) I had to wait until deputyship came through from the courts in order that I could complete the sale and Grey’s liaised with my buyer and thankfully their care and handling ensured that the buyer did not pull out .Just as we were about to complete my mother died and so my getting probate meant more delays . Lloyd was so supportive and understanding and kept me afloat through all the stress with his continued positive approach . Thankfully , we got there in the end and I am so grateful to my parents for mentioning Greys as my living in Weymouth meant I would not have known whom to use .
