GoogleGreys have been managing my property for nearly 10 years now and it's always been a great experience. I live 3 hours away but I have always felt assured that the property is in good hands with them and the tenants they have found have been fantastic and respectful of the property. All tenancy changes have gone smoothly. From a landlords point of view I have found them fair, professional, hands on and friendly and I would expect the tenants have received the same level of service. GoogleWe used Grey's to sell our property. I loved the fact they never put any pressure as I was reluctant to commit initially and Lloyd put us at ease in saying if we were wanting to stop and stay it was out house. He was fantastic at keeping us updated. It took longer than anticipated due to problems with the chain and our purchase falling through but Lloyd managed to keep it all on track. GoogleWe had a fantastic experience using Greys estate agents. This was our first time selling and buying, they were very informative and knowledgeable. We actually achieved £5k more then we expecting to put our property on the market for. Our property sold for full asking price on it's second day on the market. We had considered using a 'colourful alternative' to a traditional agent but so glad we didn't as an agent to chase the sale to completion is a must. Thankyou everyone at Greys!

GoogleI’m a member of the public and one of the staff that works here is awfully rude. Red head lady with glasses I drove by to park (unaware of the parking outside) she was making faces like a child outside the window and laughing / pointing etc. This Really isn’t professional towards the company or appropriate, especially to a member of the public outside doing nothing wrong. This definitely makes me not ever wanting to go to this company in the future by her immature actions.
