Recently completed on my first flat which as a first time buyer can be quite daunting but I have to say, the frequent correspondence and updates from Greys made it so much easier and kept the FTB nerves at bay! As a tenant moving out of the family home for the first time you can imagine I didn't have a clue what I was doing. But there is no such thing as a stupid question with Grey's, they have been very helpful, from the viewing process, to enquiries after moving in they have been there all the way. They are very professional in person and via telephone, punctual and always respond quickly to emails. Moving procedures are put at ease when you have a reliable estate agent to deal with! Prior to using Greys estate agents to sell my flat in Lower Parkstone in 2019, I had tried three of the other 'main' estate agents on Ashley Road. I had received no offers on the flat (for approximately 7 months) until I switched to Greys and then within a couple of months I had an offer which led to the sale of the property. From the outset Alan was very professional and the photographs of the property provided by Greys were of a significantly higher quality than any of the local competitors. Alan always provided realistic, sound advice in respect of the best way to market the property and always followed up on the tasks that needed doing. He also kept me updated with any developments. This was in contrast to the other local estate agents who had under-performed in these areas. From my experience I would certainly recommend Greys Estate Agents as they did not promise more than they could deliver (unlike other local agents). Alan's approach is very balanced and he is clearly knowledgeable about how to make the best of a property and the steps required to maximise the likelihood of a sale. He made the sale process as straightforward as possible so overall I was very satisfied with the service that Greys provided.

I have used Greys estate agents over a number of years for both selling a property and also for renting whilst I was looking to buy another home. Its not often I want to leave comments about service levels but these guys (and girls) really do go the extra mile to help. I have found both their sales and lettings team to be very responsive and friendly but most of all professional. We recently had a house viewing with Greys Lettings. Although we decided not to go for the property they had listed (it was a bit too far out for my work), Lloyd and his team at Greys were first class. My wife attended the viewing along with our 4 week old baby whilst I had a business meeting. The gentleman who did the viewing was brilliant and carried our daughter up a steep flight of stairs in the property. Once we requested to move forwards with the move, Lloyd was brilliant and went through everything we needed. Had the property closer to my work not come up, I would have definitely and happily taken the property. I haven't had many dealings with letting agents, but from stories there is very few I would recommend. Greys are one of the few I would do. With such a choice in the area it seemed a somewhat daunting task choosing who would sell the property. Lloyds pragmatic, no frills approach inspired confidence with no pressure. The whole process was very straight forward. When I asked a question it was responded to the same or definitely by the next day. Nothing seemed too much bother.
