GoogleWe chose Goadsby's because they were local, and when we met James he was so knowledgeable about the area, and the property we just knew his company was the right one for us. The team were so helpful, enthusiastic, and worked so well together to achieve the end result. If you want a 'switched on' agent who will get the job done, then look no further. GoogleWe moved two properties to Goadsby in 2016 when we became dissatisfied with our previous company's service and have been very pleased with the level of service they have provided. I arranged the move through Lettings Manager, Claire Martin, who was extremely professional and efficient, prompt to respond and has been supportive ever since. Claire was instrumental in connecting us with the relevant Goadsby branch where the second property was. The wider Goadsby team from the Poole and Wimborne branches, especially Adam, Gary, Chloe and Charlene, are also supportive, proactive with communication and willing to assist. We were so impressed with Goadsby that we asked them to manage a third property in 2017 and would unhesitatingly recommend them to others.

GoogleI cannot praise Goadsbys Poole enough for supporting us through our first house purchase. Their customer service was exceptional and I highly recommend them. I cannot thank Jack Fletcher enough. He was informative, supportive and so professional throughout our time with them. He really did make our experience as stress-free as he possibly could. Messages were always passed on, call backs happened promptly and helpful advice was given when necessary. Thank you for helping us buy our first family home!

GoogleAbsolutely amazing service from Jack and the team!! Myself and my other half were first time buyers and complete novices when it came to purchasing a property. Jack was ESSENTIAL in ensuring we got our dream house! We went through 3 other Property Agents in Poole and they were nothing in comparison to Jack and Goadsby. Jack understood our needs and did everything possible to make sure it was a stress free transition from letting to buying. I cannot recommend Jack and the rest of the team at Goadsby enough; we are looking forward to buying our next house just so we can use Goadbsy and Jack again! Jack Fletcher was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and he was so helpful and efficient, replying to all emails and getting answers for us really quickly. Jack helped us through a couple of sticking points in the purchase and, in my opinion, we couldn’t have asked for anyone better as our estate agent - thanks so much Jack - Goadsby are lucky to have you!!

GoogleI purchased through Goadbsy in Poole and could not have had a better experience, from communication around the first viewing to the final day of completion. Matt and James who worked most closely on my case were both incredibly responsive, helpful and proactive in supporting both sides of the deal, and even worked with their Swanage office to get colleague Ollie to go completely above and beyond there collecting a contract out of hours to ensure that the planned completion day could be met. Worst agency in Bournemouth, they gonna try to keep your deposit no matter what, and they will, I will no not recommend it to anybody.
