GoogleThe staff at the branch are amazing! From my first point of contact with Ash about letting a property she has gone above and beyond to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. Unfortunately we hit a few bumps in the road (through no fault of mine or reeds rains) but nothing was too much trouble. I don’t think I would have managed to stay as sane as did without her help and also Beths. GoogleI chose to use reeds rains as I have heard so much about them as a company from all theyre advertisement, and with this being my first house I was looking for a company that would be helpful and professional. Hedley Conway sales negotiatior was a great help from the word go he was In contact throughout this transaction / process he bent over backwards on requests from my self also helped on numerous occasions to sort the solicitors out and made all information was correct and availabile and tried to make my experience run as smoothly as possible.

GoogleI dealt primarily with Hedley Conway and he was a delight: I always felt he was really empathetic and working hard on my behalf. Sadly my first buyer pulled out but Reeds Rains and Hedley landed a second buyer within a week, and my chain held up! Escorted viewings, open days and dealing with all the negotiation was a real boon as I was so busy with work often away I could not have got a sale so quickly without this service.

George Richardson who valued our house was great, friendly and really sold your services to us - and our judment of him to trust you would sell it for us came true, in two days! Hedley Conway and Sarah Derry did an amazing job of negotiating to get us the price we wanted for our home, always in contact with me keeping me upto date and just being nice and friendly. Since we have sold Sarah Johnson has also been a great help. Great team you have at Pontefract! Thank you. We had a difficult experience buying our first home due to a number of hold ups with banks and solicitors and made several phonecalls to Reeds Rains for help. The receptionists and Hedley Conway who dealt with our property were helpful, polite and patient and always followed up on things promptly. We were really happy with the service we received on the phone and when visiting the branch.
