GoogleMy estate agent Leanne was fantastic from the start to end of my sale and move, always kept me informed and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend kestrel estates to anyone wanting to sell their property. The whole experience was great even down to there professional photographers used to for the photos of my property. Leanne was always there to answers any queries, could not of been any happier. Thank you Leanne and also kestrel estates.

GoogleWe have just had the pleasure of using Kestrel Estate Agents and the amazing Leanne to sell my late sister’s bungalow. Leanne has been marvellous from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, her customer service is first class, even assisting whilst on her holiday!! I would definitely recommend these professional people to anyone, they made the journey of selling the home as seamless as possible.

GoogleKestrel were not who I used to sell my property. However, Leanne from Kestrel spotted my property and contacted myself on the first day of my property been on the market has she said she had some potential buyers. Leanne stayed in contact all the way through updating me on the process has her clients ended up buying my property! She was professional and reassuring all the way through has the company I used were not helpful what's so ever and so Leanne did her best to support me all the way through the process, sharing information that I should have recieved from the agency I choose. I was so greatful and would definitely choose Kestrel if was move properties again! Leanne is a credit to Kestrel!

GoogleSuperb, Professional company. Where do I start our house sold within 3 days of being on the market. Georgina from Peregrine Properties has delivered an amazing, postive experience in which can be a very stressful situation. Georgina's attention to detail on the photos and even a video aswell was brilliant and showed our house to its highest potential in ways so different to other estate agents. Communication was fantastic via phone and also via a WhatsApp group solely for my wife and myself and Georgina and her team. This made it easy to ask any question big or small and kept everyone in the loop. Overall the support was above and beyond and I would highly recommend Peregrine Properties to anyone wanting a 1st class service for a better price than any other standard overpriced estate agencies. GoogleKestrel both sold my house then sold me my new one! With expert photography and a tailored marketing campaign it was sold within a week of going live. Everything was handled with a personal touch and lot of advice and communication. The aftercare to get us to completion was exceptional, going the extra mile to push solicitors and vendors to get it over the line. Great team and would definitely recommend!

GoogleSuch an amazing experience from start to finish. The team couldn’t do enough for us. They kept in touch. They were so friendly, it felt like they really did care about the progress of our property. They organised for us to come back to the house whenever we wanted to prepare for the move.
