I initially instructed Kestrel Estates to market my property in East Ardsley and arranged a valuation with Sunil, who kindly accommodated an out of hours appointment due to my working hours. From our very first meeting, I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, personable approach, and clear communication. The marketing of my property was carried out to a very high standard, and I felt confident and well informed throughout the entire sales process. Sunil and the team have been fantastic from start to finish, any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly, which made the experience smooth and stress free. As someone who works within the estate agency industry myself, I can say I was particularly impressed with the level of service provided by Kestrel Estates. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them on my next sale or recommend them to anyone.

We had a fantastic experience with Jen at Kestrel Estate Agents while buying our first home. She was always friendly, supportive, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. We can’t recommend Jen at Kestrel Estates highly enough. She was absolutely incredible throughout our house sale and truly went above and beyond for us. The process had a lot of challenges along the way, through no fault of anyone involved, but Jen fought our corner every step of the way and never gave up. Her communication was brilliant and she was always available to answer questions, chase things up, and keep everything moving when it could easily have stalled. Jen even carried out all of the viewings herself, including at 9am on a Sunday morning, which just shows how dedicated she is. Honestly, without Jen we don’t believe our house sale would have happened. We’re so grateful for everything she did and would recommend her and Kestrel Estates to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I would definitely recommend Kestrel Estate agents, had my house on the market with another agents for over a year, I had Georgia round and she pointed out a couple of things to improve on and when it went live with Kestrel it sold in 4 days, the excellent service didn't end there, Georgia and Emelia were in contact with me through out the whole process and answered any questions promptly, I always felt in good hands and it was a smooth process especially as they put you in a WhatsApp group to help with the process nice touch I would like to take this opportunity to thank Georgia, Emelia and the team at Kestrel for a great service 👍

Buying my first house was daunting and I had not a clue what I was doing. I didnt know the process or what to expect. Georgie was amazing from start to finish from showing me round the house to recommending mortgage brokers/ removals etc. She knows her stuff!!! She kept me informed and chased things up and advised me along the way. George is one of the few people who care on a personal level. I felt I could ring her about any part of the process and she was knowledgeable and helpful and efficient and would go the extra mile for her clients. First time buyers, safe to say I was so scared of the process. I had no clue what to do, or say. But with the help from Georgina and Levi our mortgage broker everything went as smooth as possible. We never thought it was even possible to purchase the property we did, but thanks to Georgina she showed us it was possible and truly has made our family the happiest possible. Not only did she go above and beyond when needed she turned into someone who id now class a friend. Sunil is amazing at his job! He is helping us so much with buying our new home ( and helping us get through our paper work to sell ours even though kestrel are not our estate agents) He is so patient and reassuring every time we speak, which is quite often I may add! Sunil even answered my call when he was actually off work due to sickness with his own health issues, but again putting his clients first! ( actually not his client) and still managing to give re- assurance. Selling and buying a house is a stressful time for anyone, but Sunil went above and beyond to help with this stressful situation! I would recommend everyone to use kestal, they are all lovely, but they may get an added bonus of having Sunil dealing with their property! A really great guy!

Absolutely appalling do not touch, failed to find tenants leaving property empty, charged over £3500 in fees which included an unbelievable £1500 exit fee. Truly awful, shouldn't be allowed to manage property (reporting them to relevant authorities) put landlords at risk as they do not follow legal requirements (in breach of basic codes), by far the worst managing agent in North East. Read other recent review with similar experience. Taking legal action to recover monies owed and to ensure this does not happen again to others

My parents bungalow completed today. Sunil came out and did the valuation and when he put the property on the market he found 2 buyers within 2 days of it being on the market. 2 years ago I bought my current property from kestrel Estates Sunil sold it to us. He is very knowledgeable and gives realistic valuations, he has lots of experience with property and helped us find good trades people. I find he goes above and beyond the expectations of any other estate agent I have had dealings with previously. I have already recommended kestrel Estates and Sunil to my cousin who is in a similar situation to me and he is going to meet her tomorrow.
