GoogleKestrel estates were the estate agents of our buyers and Leanne went above and beyond in the service provided. Although we did not pay for Leanne’s service, she helped us out on more than one occasion, chasing solicitors and our own estate agent, keeping us updated on the sale of our property, checking in with us throughout the process and offering her help if needed. It shows the high level of professionalism and care she has to her clients, that she supports others in the chain in order get the sale moving as quickly and smoothly as possible, ensuring her clients are happy. We don’t plan on moving again, but if we do we would definitely use Kestrel estates and will recommend Leanne to everyone.

GooglePurchased my first house with Kestrel Estate agents and as a first time buyer I was anxious about the whole process, but Leanne was extremely helpful and friendly every step of the way right through to me being handed the keys. She gave plenty of information about the property and assisted with access for contractors to give quotations for necessary repairs prior to the sale taking place. I very much am looking forward to showing her the property again once it is all decorated so she can see how well it turns out. Excellent service and communication every step of the way made the process run smoothly and swiftly. Would recommend choosing Kestrel to anyone looking to sell or purchase a house.

We didn't hesitate to ask her to put the house on the market. The price was explained and there were no hidden costs. We had viewers within the first two days and the house sold. I was worried about selling my property but I was reassured that they would take all the stress out of the process. My house had been on the market for around a week, 3 viewings in 3 days 2nd viewing in recieved an excellent offer which I accepted. The valuation was realistic and I'm convinced that is why I had such quick viewings and then a quick offer. The presentation of my house was professional and showed my property at it's very best. They really do know their stuff. Solicitor arranged via kestrel and that was handled professionally too. Alex was always on hand throughout through the dedicated WhatsApp group. I highly recommend kestrel estates I definitely made the right choice.
