GoogleKestrel gave us a really quick valuation and listing, fab photos were taken of our home and we had sold and bought within a week. Kestrel helped chase solicitors and hiccups along the way to get us moved within about 12 weeks. Finally settled in our new home which we absolutely love and thank Kestrel for helping and advising us along the way. We used Kestrels recommended solicitor Samara who was amazing and their mortgage advisor Levi who was also amazing. Take away the stresses of moving home and the rest was fab. Thank you.

GoogleLeanne Gill looked after us during our buying process and she was incredible start to finish. She made sure we were always informed and understood what was happening, she also was only a phone call away for any questions I had. Our process took 6 months (due to solicitors) and she was consistently there for us for the whole of it. I would definitely recommend using kestrel due to the service Leanne provided.

GoogleThis was my first purchase of a house on my own at 52. 😂. I didn’t have a clue on what to do. Unfortunately for me and Alex we had a few problems with the solicitors. Thankfully Alex came to the rescue and dealt with the problem even working on her days off and whilst 7 months pregnant. I would highly recommend Kestrel , Alex and the rest of the team.
