GoogleI didn't buy or sell with Peregrine and so your probably wondering, why is she giving them 5 stars?! Well, for me customer service is everything and Nichola, of the Wakefield branch, was superb! Really friendly and genuine. I felt I was being listened to, when I called about a house they were advertising, and the option to communicate over whatsapp was amazing, you get the added bonus of seeing that your message has been received and when it has been read and there was never a delay in response. She sent a message reminder regarding the viewing and when it came down to it, it was literally a toss up between their house and another, but the Estate Agents don't control that. But, what they do have control over, is how they treat you and out of all the estate agents I have dealt with in my desperate search for our new home, Peregrine are, by far, the friendliest and most accessable, professional, and organised that I have come across, including the top 3 in our local area. I hope they continue to expand their portfolio of properties. My advice to anyone would be, definitely have a chat with your local Peregrine branch if your considering selling and see if you get the same vibe. If I ever have to sell this new home of ours, Peregrine will be in my top 3 and probably the first ones I call if I'm honest, and I wouldn't give that accolade to just any business! GoogleEven before I decided to sell the house Kestrel we’re very helpful and advised the best course of action for me. I decided to sell a few months later and it was all systems go from the then house was sold within 2 days. Quite a lengthy process although this wasn’t the estate agent fault every member of staff is very helpful and friendly and even was I was at my most stressed they were great - couldn’t recommend more fab!

Very knowledgeable in her field of work and very understanding towards what I was wanting from an agent. The whole team went above and beyond with the service they provided updating me promptly with any developments. Competitive rates and up to date marketing techniques to maximise outcomes for the seller. The process didn't go as smoothly as we would have hoped on the legal side of things but Georgina did everything she possibly could to get it over the finishing line. We were not familiar with the area yet they did not try and sell us just anything. They gave honest views on certain areas and really listened to what we needed. GoogleWe used Leanne Gill at kestrel to sell our home in Barnsley, straight away we were added into a WhatsApp group where we had updates and notifications of people booming viewings. Leanne couldn’t do enough for us and sold our home in less than a week for well over asking price! The professional photos and drone footage are the best I’ve seen in the housing market, 100% recommended

Tried High Street Agency first but glad we transfered the property to Kestrel with immediate results in viewings and obtained a "Full Price" sale. Cannot recommend this business highly enough - A boutique customer service with a wealth of property sales experience to support and guide any type of vendor.
