Really happy with how the sale of my father's house was handled. The team were great from start to finish, communication was spot on and I was always kept in the loop, particularly with Meg. She was super helpful and always on top of things. This made the whole process a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommend.

They allocate and process jobs for us in a timely manner and pay in a timely manner. A very professional outfit who we enjoy working with.

FacebookThe most enthusiastic professional and best value for money Estate Agency by far! Katie and her team made the process of selling our house as stress free and smooth as possible. They took us step by step through the sell and were always available for advice and guidance. They were punctual to appointments, and always returned our phone calls. Nothing was to much trouble (taking more photos when requested etc) and they were always cheerful and positive. We were that impressed with them, that when we found ourselves in the position of needing an Estate agent again, we didn't look anywhere else. It was and is a pleasure doing business with them!

GoogleI rented a flat managed by Seraph for a period of 10 months. Overall my experience was good. Communication at the start and end of my tenancy was excellent although during the tenancy, response times could be quite slow with regards to general enquiries and repair requests. Everything did get resolved eventually though. I was very happy with the check out process - Katie H. was very efficient on email, and my full deposit was returned to me quickly with no quibbles. Overall I have had a good experience with Seraph. Thank you.
