FacebookCompletely disappointed by the experience myself and my partner have had. Found what we thought was our ideal dream home, informed that viewings were starting Friday so we could only book a viewing for then. We were informed that we were the third viewing on the home so had hope that if we loved it we would offer. Out of no where, 5 days later (the day before we are due to view) we are told that the house is sold and that they’ve had viewings all week. Appalling service and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I don’t know who manages the office but I think the system needs to change as we feel we have been lied to and we will not be using this company again.

The owner and director of this company is like a breath of fresh air and she goes above and beyond to help her customers. We used no. 86 a while back and it’s wonderful to see katie growing so well and spreading her wings. No doubt she will continue to be successful because she understands customers needs and actually does more than any estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. A competitor tried to take us away from her with all their promises but they fell flat whilst katie was definitely the cream that rose to the top. I wouldn’t hesitate to use no. 86 again. In fact I definitely would use them again. Top job katie. Ash and Fran xx

FacebookFrom the very start to the end nothing was too much trouble for this lady and believe me I’m fussy with everything in life. We would get updates early evening when you don’t expect them so you knew where you was. Katie isn’t only a fantastic professional lady who knows what she’s doing but she has the personality to match. We were so happy with everything that we are now using her for another sale of property in our family and once again she’s not let us down. Fantastic service from a down to earth normal young lady who is exceptional at what she does. Don’t think about it just use her services. You will not be disappointed 😊

GoogleWe viewed a few properties with no.86 and Matthew showed us around each time. He was brilliant each time. The Staff in the office were always friendly and happy to answer any of our questions. We had an offer accpted on the property and no.86 were brilliant throughout process. You really felt they were just an excited as we were about moving into our first home.

FacebookHad this estate agents over to value my house last week. The lady who showed up was June and she was amazing and is an asset to the No 86 team. Katie the owner is brilliant and very professional, answered any questions we needed answered. We are just waiting on our Mortgage advisor and when we are ready we will 100% be using this company. 10/10 very highly recommended

Googlehouse moving and buying is a massive stress to most folks. I have to say that Katie's professionalism was to such a high standard i found her advice and knowledgebase most reassuring and the move was indeed "seamless" ive since heard that she is doing exceptionally well and i must say im not a bit surprised! without any reservations i would give No. 86 Estate Agency a 5 star review.

GoogleJust amazing, Katie and June are the most helpful and kindest estate agents I have ever met. So professional yet nothing is too much trouble and they are only ever a phone call away, they kept us informed of everything along the way and they made it so easy to do. Would definitely recommend this place over and over again!!

GoogleMy son bought his house through no 86 they were so helpful. My daughter is now looking for a property and no 86 again has been really helpful. I will be looking at selling my property in the near future and will not hesitate to use no 86.

Hi Stephanie, I wanted to apologise for us not getting back to you in relation to your online query. Since lock down has eased we have been extremely busy and have had to implement new procedures with regards to viewing and valuation requests both on the phone and through our website. We have set up online forms for viewing and valuation requests to ensure we comply with the government guidelines during the pandemic. Your email did not come through into our marketing database as an online form and unfortunately got missed. We take a great pride in our customer service and I am really sorry that this has happened.
