Easy to deal with, left an enquiry after hours, first thing in the morning had a text straight to my phone letting me know an appointment time for viewing that night. Met with the agent at the house, she was friendly and very helpful. Put in an offer the next morning and had an email by lunchtime that it had been accepted. Called the office that night at about 17:15 which rang out. Thought they must be finished for the day but 10 mins later Nicola called me back! Great service would recomend.

Having had a few bad experiences with estate agents in the past, we were braced for another. This has been the easiest and best experience by far. I doubt we would have secured our sale price and found our new home if it wasn't for them. I felt they deliver a genuine, professional and really caring service. We decided to use Atrium to sell our house as they are a local company who have worked extremely hard for us in the past to find the perfect house. The girls are very friendly and approachable, with great knowledge of the market. They are very competitively priced regarding their fees and certainly earn them! From having the house valued, to having it professionally photographed - with fantastic drone shots - and marketed was a very quick and smooth process. Lisa did the viewings for us which was much appreciated, as it took the stress out of it. She was able to provide feedback to us from the viewers and relay offers which were made at that time. Our house was sold after the first weekend of viewing after accepting an official offer on the Monday morning which we were more than happy with. The girls have kept in touch and kept up with the conveyancing process, ensuring everything is still moving along well and also provide a service where they will hand over the keys to the new owners. I recently purchased a property via Atrium Estate & Letting agents. During the lock down I emailed my details to request a viewing and they replied promptly. They arranged a viewing once the lock down was relaxed. My family and I were made welcome on arrival. All safety guidelines were explained clearly, all pass doors were opened in advance and hand sanitiser in place. We had unlimited time to explore which is now our new home. Nicola explained everything and answered our questions and was always on que to reply to any queries as was Lisa. After picking up the keys the girls made a lovely gesture by giving us a gift bag, very thoughtful and a nice personal touch. Lisa provided a professional but relational approach, quick to respond to calls emails and texts, she sold our property to the first viewer at the price that we wanted.
