Atrium were the estate agent selling the property we purchased and we decided then to use them for the sale of our place. When we were booking in the valuation and photographer It was noted that it would just be my girlfriend who would be in and Lisa assured us that she fully trusts the people she was sending to us would make things as easy and comfertable as possible and that was definitely the case. We were thrilled with the photographer photos and 3d walk through and that must have helped with our sale... Which took 1 day! I am a first time seller and my experience of selling my house using Atrium Estate & Letting Agents was smooth and stress free. Following the initial visit from Lisa, I knew that Atrium were the company I wanted to use to sell my house as Lisa was friendly, open, honest and very knowledgeable about the current market and local area. A big selling point for me was that Atrium have a set fee which is not based on a percentage of the sale price. I felt like I knew where I stood with Atrium and was able to factor this cost into my expenses. Both Lisa and Nicola were in contact with me regularly throughout the entire process and responded quickly to messages, emails or calls. Again, this put my mind at ease especially during such an uncertain time. Atrium are an independent Estate & Letting Agents who have a strong link to the local community and this was highlighted through their desire to donate a percentage of the fee to a local charity. Don't even think twice about it: Atrium is the very best choice if you are thinking of selling.Lisa is amazing at what she does. It's not just that she sold our house after only the second viewing, but she made it seem effortless and as pain free as possible, even though she was working like a demon. She knows the area, she listens to her clients' needs, she's professional but not impersonal or pushy like some of the larger agencies. Don't be conned by the online-only agencies that promise you the moon on a stick, or the big chains who treat you like just another number, Lisa is the real deal and worth her weight in diamonds.
