Mums went to a closing date and Atrium helped us secure the best offer in regards to the price and speed of sale. Our home was sold very quickly but ended up in a very long chain. Again Atrium helped throughout the whole process and I’m sure it wouldn’t have gotten over the line without them. A huge thank you to not only Lisa but all the girls. Google05/06/25 I was dealing with Rebecca and Shona in regards to my interest in a property, extremely disappointed in the agents as there has been no communication from them. Firstly they had addressed me by the wrong name in their emails making me unsure whether the information was for myself. Afterwards, my solicitor had been in contact to put our note of interest on the property we viewed which was done by the owners, neither of the agents informed me about this. He was then informed the property would be going to a closing date but it hadn’t been settled. At the weekend the agents were in touch with myself about my feelings and thoughts on the property which I informed them I was very interested and had put my note of interest and was considering an offer. I asked Shona to confirm if it was going to a closing date she confirmed that this was the case and thanked me for my information. My solicitor had been in contact again to check if the date had been settled but no information was given from the agents. When I got back in contact with my solicitor to check for any updates, he immediately contacted the agents again to which he was informed the closing date had happened with no information provided to ourselves. The agents had 3 opportunities to inform us of the closing date but we had nothing. I’m extremely disappointed in how this situation has been handled, and feel like there has been a complete dishonesty from the agents. I’m writing this review as I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else who is looking at properties atrium is selling and to be cautious and to stay in contact with them so this doesn’t happen to anyone else as it’s a completely disappointing feeling.
30/09/25 Hi Lisa, thank you for responding to my review after 3 months. This issue was only addressed a couple of days after the incident when one of your colleagues reached out asking me addressing my name about a different property without addressing this issue. I had to bring it up myself. The important details you would like to clarify were only brought up after this review had already been written.
You sent me a photo of a phone of you attempting to message me, one you had never messaged me from. However you had been messaging me from a phone already and were clearly able to message me and address me from there. I don’t see why it wasn’t attempted from that where you clearly had a response from me. You also had my solicitors details that you never contacted and my email which you chose not to contact.
We had no courtesy message to check if we wanted to make an offer especially since I noted my interest personally to one of your colleagues as well as my solicitor on my behalf. You chose to assume in this situation instead of communicating with me. It is extremely frustrating that I had to address the situation and there was no apology straight away from yourselves.

Both you and your solicitor were informed that the property was going to a closing date, this was clearly communicated, although at the time the actual date had not yet been confirmed. Once the date was finalised, we attempted to notify you directly via text. Unfortunately, it appears that a single digit was entered incorrectly in the phone number, meaning the message did not reach you as intended. We later provided a screenshot of this message to demonstrate that the attempt to communicate was made, but we did not receive a response from you regarding this.
We absolutely understand how frustrating and disappointing it must have been to miss out on submitting an offer, and we do regret that the situation unfolded in this way. However, we want to assure you there was no intention to mislead or withhold information at any stage. Communication is something we take seriously, and we will continue working hard to ensure our processes are as clear and reliable as possible moving forward.
