GoogleWe were buying a property through R M English and I have to say they were excellent. From the very beginning the whole team were outstanding and very professional. Initially we were able to view the property at very short notice and the administration team who dealt with the whole process were excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needed the services of an estate agent. Customer service is obviously a high priority for all the team.

GoogleI would highly recommend choosing RM. English to sell your home! My property was listed really promptly and professionally - the wording and photographs on the listing were so good it nearly sold the house back to me! The photographers talent and estate agents description of the property really helped capture the imagination and excitement of a buyer. Despite my property hitting the market at the point of interest rate increases and hesitation in the market, I very quickly accepted an offer on my property!

GoogleWhen it came to selling our late parents' house of 60 years, we were guided towards RM English by our solicitor and that proved to be a very sound recommendation. We feel that we have received excellent advice, service and support from RM English at all stages of the process, starting from the discussions with James about how best to market and present the property all the way through to the considerable effort James put into liaising with all parties to finalise and complete the deal. Having supplied James with some background about the house we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the words and the photographs for the sales brochure. All the communication with James came across as open, honest and clear, we were kept informed at all stages without having to have any more involvement than we wanted to have. At no point were we put under pressure to progress faster than we were ready to, but instead we received useful feedback on the decisions that we were making. To round off, we were very happy to be clients of RM English. Thank you.

GoogleJames at RM English couldn't have been more helpful in progressing our sale chain. We weren't using RM English directly, but they were selling the house below us in the chain. This didn't matter to James and he did all he could to progress the whole chain down to the bottom, contacting various solicitors and other agents and keeping us as informed as possible along the way. When everything is pinned on action taking place, having someone proactively trying to help you and communicately quickly and clearly (instead of a tick the box agent) is utterly invaluable. Thanks again James, I don't think we'd have moved until next Christmas without you!

GoogleThe worst rental company with a disgusting habit of not telling you the truth on renting a house watch out for the small print especially when youve paid your rental money promptly, they forget to tell you such facts as even if you move out of the property before you time is up your still liable for the rent and the council tax, even when the owner puts the house up for sale and sells it within that period of your tenancy your paying for. this is apparently law, also who forgets to tell you on accepting the rental property that the owner lives next door and rakes through your bins. there service is a disgrace. Instead of you being there customer and in todays climate see you more as a cash cow, Stay away from this company
