GoogleI was looking to put my house on the market and looked at multiple estate agents and had valuations from each one but to say the least, James from RM English outshone them all. Very genuine, honest and trustworthy and on the first meeting we knew we would sell with RM English. We got £20,000 more selling than we would have with other agents. The whole experience was put the ease by James and the team and would highly recommend RM English.

GoogleWe experienced a great service from James Burley as purchasers and he was key in getting us into our new home super quick. Once a reasonable offer was made, there was no pushing to move to best and final offers etc so we felt from the offset that we being treated fairly. James was always available and easy to talk to, gave us the benefit of his contacts and experience which meant we were able to complete in 4 weeks. Can’t thank or recommend him enough.

Having secured a quick offer for the property, the process then took some time to complete, due to matters outside of RM English's control. However, they supported us through managing and chasing the various parties, to get us to a successful completion.

Nothing was too much trouble, he even contacted us whilst he was on holiday as we were due to complete around that time which I thought was great. He went above and beyond. GoogleMy father has been renting a property using R M English for 40 years, very happy with the service throughout. This year we had a very difficult situation with a tenant giving late or no rent, and eventually had to ask him to leave. Grace Wilkinson-Abbott and the other ladies at R M English dealt with all this very well, dealing with the tenant and organising all the refurbishments that were needed. Thank you.

The conveyancing process was not easy, but we were given sound advice, kept informed with regular updates and with James’ persistence, we finally got over the finishing line. GoogleI was very impressed with Ally and Jenna from the Pocklington Office. Ally was very professional and knowledgeable when advising me about renting my house out. She knows all the up to date rules and regulations that a Landlord needs to know. Which was very helpful to me. Ally and Jenna did the viewings and always gave me feedback on how they went. Everything went very smoothly and I'm pleased to say that my property didn't take long to rent out through English Lettings Agents. I highly recommend them. Very friendly and easy to get along with. GoogleWe used RM English to sell our home, and was looked after by James. From the beginning, he went above and beyond whilst dealing with the various parties involved, including us, several sets of conveyancing solicitors and our buyers. He even made himself available out of hours for our buyers in order to keep things on track, through to the sale. Its fair to say that the process hit a few hurdles as these things sometimes do, but James kept us sane for which we are very grateful. We have no hesitation in recommending RM English to others.

FacebookLeigh Lockwood is really good. She has good customer service and has good knowledge. Our sale was a complicated sale but Leigh knew what to do. Our sale took 11months but Leigh was on the case all the time and communicated all the way through. Iwould totally recommend RM English to sell your property. X

GoogleBeing new to the uk I wasnt sure where to start then I came across a house and was put through to Ally, she helped with all my questions even phoned her late at night and was patient with me, the process of housing is very different in the uk compared to where I stayed but with the help of Ally, I got the house I wanted and have happily moved in to start our new life, Thank you Ally.

FacebookR M English were the agency selling the house we bought recently. They were so helpful and supportive in what was at times quite a stressfull period of time due to problems with our solicitors. Right up to the point of sale the support we recieved from both Claire, Tim and the team was second to none and we were so grateful for their help. Not sure where we would have been without their help and input. If we ever decide to sell we will certainly be selling through R M English.
