GoogleAs a tenant, I had a very positive experience with Purple Letting. I dealt with Amy and Robyn and found them to be friendly, honest and highly professional. In particular, they engaged really well with the few unexpected issues that inevitably arise when renting and moving into a new property. Highly recommended.

GoogleWhat a company! Communication from the start was amazing and the staff couldn’t do more to help. All properties I have viewed have been clean, modern and of the highest spec. Would 100% recommend, I wouldn’t deal with anyone else! If you’re looking for a place, student or professional, definitely contact these guys!!

GoogleOne of the best student letting agencies in Plymouth. Our accommodation was finished to a high spec, well maintained and landlord is very present with any queries or maintenance issues. Know a few people who went with purple lets and all had a great year of tenancy. Book here if you want a stress free year!

GoogleI have been letting my property through them for 3 years + the service is fantastic and they take the initiative to ensure that issues are dealt with. This has been extremely important as I have been traveling for many months and difficult to contact over this period. GoogleI was inquiring for a friend whose family is coming from overseas. The agent only asked for the tenants details and just told me the number of tenants does not fit on the property even if i am trying to explain the circumstances. The agent wasn't helpful and sounded like she lacks interest on helping people to look for a place to rent/live. I would like to ask for further advice but she already put the phone down.

GoogleGreat team, great office, great service, great homes. If you had to judge a business on first impressions Purple Letting would be top of the game, what makes them different to the competition is their service. With a young and enthusiastic team you can expect issues to be resolved both fast and efficiently. My biggest regret was using another agent first.

GoogleDon't even bother if you're not a student or looking for somewhere that you can live on your own; useless try onthemarket.com they managed to find me somewhere in 2 weeks and with purple lettings I've been trying for 4 months. Disgusting waste of time

GoogleNice staff but terrible property management/landlords as all their houses are owned by the company. Gaslight me about damp in my room. Illegally entered our flat and turned our freezer off. Let mould and fungus grow in our flat and didn’t seem to bat an eyelid.
