GoogleEveryone from.the office and always answered my calls. Amy was exceptional and very good with communication and all checks were done timely. Also Josh who showed me the property was ever ready to answer the questions. And bless him he had to play can't catch me with my 5yr old for a minute.

GoogleI can not say a bad thing about Purple Letting! Karina is amazing!! She’s super kind and helpful. She’s always going above and beyond to help me and her kindness really does make all the difference. Any needs i have she will completely support me with and she makes everything super easy. Jake has also helped me with a lot and is always super happy to answer my questions and explain things to me. He is so kind! And Robyn is absolutely incredible, she went out of her way to support me with a personal problem i had, she stayed with me and comforted me throughout the whole time. This act of kindness helped me and meant so much to me. The team are absolutely amazing. They are quick to resolve all my situations and answer all my questions. Everything is easy from paying rent to requesting maintenance. Highly highly recommend☺️!

GoogleDespite having a few issues with the property, the agents at purple lettings have all been very helpful. Amy has come round or emailed multiple times, checked in on us to make sure all has gone smoothly and ensured we're happy. Everything has been delt with very quickly bar one issue that was out of their hands. Compared to previous letting agents, I feel that they are the most professional and I have a much better communication with the team.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAbsolutely awful company, complete scammers. Called up about a 2 bedroom property, it turns out it was a £525 shared flat with another person? They wanted £1080 for the whole property. Which is a complete scam and a joke. They also list all their rooms in shared accomodation as not shared, so when you're looking for a flat you have to scroll past all the shared stuff complete waste of time, trickery and dishonest. I've reported all their ads I can see.NegativeQuality

GoogleAs a landlord, you want someone who will take the stress out of having property to let. Sergio and his team at Plymouth Lettings do exactly this, and for a really sensible price! They manage absolutely everything you want them (and more besides!), and contact you exactly as much as you’d like them to! They keep you in touch, and let you make the decisions you want to, but then put everything in place! I really can’t fault the way that they’ve looked after us, our properties and our tenants, who have also been brilliant! I really can’t recommend Plymouth Lettings enough! They’re fantastic!! UPDATE: It’s a few years since I wrote this review, and the only thing that’s changed is the name! Purple Letting are still utterly brilliant! Really, do yourself a favour and sign up with them, right now! You won’t regret it!

I called the purple lettings office and the lady who answered did everything need to help me find a solution with politeness and patience and didn't hesitate to spend as much time needed helping someone who not even know him. GoogleThe estate agents were good but the property was not, since the day I moved in I had issues with mice, kept on reporting it but for two years still had to deal with it and it was never properly dealt with. I would be wary renting a property at Pearson avenue.

GoogleI wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for an accommodation and you are of a minority background . My housemate and I were made to feel very uncomfortable and were treated in a cold manner ,when visiting the office . At first I disregarded this treatment and scheduled a viewing with a letting agent ,which was subsequently cancelled less than 10 minutes later . After speaking to other people of a similar background , I’m disappointed to see that my experience was not a one off .

I can confirm the viewing was cancelled the day before the viewing was due to go ahead, which is where we tried to call and inform you this was due to the property being Let. We had cancelled all viewings in for that day as the property had been let prior to this viewing slot. As you may know properties are going so quickly at the moment due to high demand. GoogleI do not recommend purple lettings especially for someone like me with a different originality. I had sent in my application even before the viewing and was very ready to pay, I expressed how much I loved the apartment too. They asked too many questions about originality which I do not believe is necessary. few minutes after my viewing, I called the agency requesting for the payment details and they said other people are applying so they were not sure. After sending an email few hours later as I was very desperate to get it, said it was already gone. That wasn’t so nice as it kept happening not just once, got obvious they wouldn’t give it to me for any tangible reason and all I felt was discrimination. Never searching accommodation with them anymore!!

The landlord got sent many application forms for this property and they decided who they would like to go ahead with. The only information they would have been provided with is what you had put on your application form. As I’m sure you know properties like these go very quickly due to the demand and it was unfortunate for you that the landlord went ahead with another applicant for the property.
