The staff are all super friendly and helpful. They'll fix any problem as soon as possible and will explain any queries you may have, clearly and in full.
Needless to say they are also the first Letting Agency that I have decided to stay with.

Our property manager then brought us electric heaters and by the following day the plumbers returned to install a new boiler
