GoogleAlways have received polite a pretty prompt service by Northwood. Have been renting a property through them for just over 6 months. Repairs have always been dealt with without a problem. Would recommend them!

GoogleDisgusting letting agent I would never use then again I would rather be homeless, I get evicted 3months after I pay 6months in advance for no reason at all!! Stay away!
Dear Mr Middleton, I am sorry that you feel that you have not been treated fairly. I am afraid that we have served you the correct legal notice to vacate the property as the property is being handed back to the owner, therefore we do not have any choice but to serve you notice. I understand that moving home is stressful but we have no option as the owner requires the property back.

GoogleNot a helpful letting agent at all. To be quite honest they are quite discriminate against certain types of tenants and provide a rude service.

I am made aware of any issues and the rectification of any internal or external repair work is entirely managed by Northwood. All I have to do is pay the contractor at the end. This is exactly the level of service I require, living so far away from the property myself.
