I am sorry this has happened to you. I can only apologise and explain to you the circumstances that mitigate, but absolutely don’t excuse our error. Sadly, your appointment was scheduled for the day that our computer, CRM system was being changed over. The transfer of data from our previous system, didn’t transfer 100 % of our appointments across. Fearful of the scenario, we attempted to avoid any such error, by overseeing a manual data transfer of outstanding appointments. However, we failed to avert this problem due to human error. Naturally, it was never our intension to fail to attend your or indeed, any viewing. I know that the member of staff involved has been in contact. I am also investigating why our call answering service didn’t receive your call. With the appointment being right on our doorstep, if we’d been alerted by the call that you made, I’d have sent somebody down immediately, to show you the house in question and save you from a wasted visit. Once again, I apologise for the inconvenience caused, by our oversight and am grateful for your bringing it to my intention and for the opportunity to explain the unique circumstanced that sat behind our non-appearance. In closing, as you can see, from the great, many exceedingly positive reviews that sit alongside your own, we don’t make a habit of non-attendance and pride ourselves on providing a great service. If there is anything else, we can do please let me know.

GoogleStaff are rude and always seem uninterested. Have had appointments double booked and cancelled at short notice several times, on one occasion without telling me. Worst of all they didn't bother to give a vender my offer on a property and when I asked them to do so was told that they would not because someone else had already made an offer so mine wouldn't be accepted. Completely incompetent.

GoogleI found Lawsons to be very professional, the team were also friendly and welcoming during any visits to the office, l was always kept up to date throughout the process of my purchase. They were also very helpful, responding to any queries I had immediately where possible.

GoogleUseless company, requested details of land for tender, nothing came then a reminder 10 minutes before deadline to put in a bid with no details. Do I smell some skulduggery here I wonder ?

Thanks for the review John. No skulduggery just the fact that you never received the details you requested. This was either from human error or simply that you didn't get the email. 99.9% of reviews on here are positive and would indicate that nothing untoward was afoot in the case of the land you mentioned as I believe that all our staff act with honesty and integrity at all times.

GoogleI was very pleased with the service I received from Lawsons Estate Agents at Woolwell. As soon as they took details, I received notification of viewings. I had about 12 within the first 10 days and an offer was soon made. Very professional service, highly recommend.

GoogleOn the whole a good service and experience. On line access to feedback on viewings was good. Weekly email updates were useful, but sometimes didn't really give much info. Would have been nice to receive a letter or email once the sale was completed just to 'close the loop'. Instead, just an invitation to give feedback!
