The is the third property I have sold with their help in the last five years and each sale has been made hassle free due to their friendly but diligent approach to finding a buyer but the following that through every step until completion.

GoogleThe team were brilliant. I had a valuation from Ben a couple of years ago and was impressed with him and the company. Personal circumstances meant it was quite the right time to sell, but we kept in touch and as soon as we were ready to go on the market, I contacted Ben again. Everyone was brilliant including Annie who kept us up to date with the progress of everyone in our chain.

GoogleI would like to strongly recommend Lawson Estate Agents. Over the past year (2022) they have steadfastly guided me through a difficult house sale, made even more complicated by the fact I was stuck in China. Ben Dreher, the manager, has been a star, right from the first time he did a valuation of my property, through to the completion. He has been a model of professionalism, always ready with good advice and giving a helping hand. Reviews are important and is was the positive reviews for Lawson and Ben that helped me choose. Also my friend who was with Ben when he viewed my property was impressed too. So trust me when I say 5 stars are not enough.

GoogleLawsons sold our house with in 48 hours of going onto the market They did a block booking viewing in one afternoon with a member of staff showing people around , We had Julie who dealt with the sale and then after got changed to the moving team where Annie dealt with all the paper work talking us throught the process with help and advise,chasing solicitors ect ,and giving us regular chain updates right through to the completion and always being on the end of the phone when needed ,

GoogleIncredibly helpful, friendly, and always there to help answer any questions. As first time buyers they were amazing from the beginning to the end in keeping us posted and updating us throughout the process and showing empathy to our situation. Unfortunately our property wasn't left in the condition as we viewed it but again even though there was nothing they could do directly and was not there fault they met us with flowers the next day apologising for the trouble we experienced which definitely brightened my day and the house and was very touched after a hard and emotional day moving. I couldn't recommend lawson enough and if we were ever to be on the market again will deffo be heading back to them!. Thanks for your support Cat and Spencer

GoogleDuring the long and protracted purchase of our new home, we couldn't have asked for a more efficient, caring and empathetic team to help us buy our house. Each time we raised a question, identified a problem or needed support, they were there, on the job immediately. When there was a promise to ring back, we received a call to iron out any problems, as soon as was possible. We couldn't praise the team more highly.

GoogleLawsons are and continue to be one of the best estate agents in Plymouth that I have dealt with. On this occasion I purchased a property through them but their after sales service separates them significantly from those agents that currently sell a property and disappear never to be heard from again. They keep their finger on the pulse at all stages and this helps to move things along for all parties. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleTheir failure to get an agreement in principle and check on my daughter's buyers financial status in a compitent, professional way has now led to my son in law and daughter losing the house of their dreams. The only way to rectify this is for Lawson's to find another buyer for their house quickly.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
Hi Kim, the buying and selling process is always hampered by issues coming up throughout the transaction. We always do our best to make sure any potential sale goes through as smoothly as we can and we are sorry to hear that you feel that we weren't competent during your daughters sale. As much due diligence was done as possible when choosing the buyer and although we had all the proof of funds and maip prior to agreeing, sometimes mortgage issues do arise. We are glad that we did manage to find another buyer very quickly afterwards and secure the sale and hope that both your daughter and her partner are happy in their new home.

Ben Dreher in particular was outstanding, we were really grateful to have him on board as it made the process much smoother! GoogleI am blown away by the effort the team at Lawsons have put in to make, what turned out to be, a very challenging sale (due to external factors) go through. I was the purchaser but the vendors should be very pleased they chose Lawsons as they have bent over backwards to get us all through it in one piece. Definitely my choice if I come to sell again. 10/10
