The WHOLE team have been amazing. They all communicated really well, and often out of normal business hours! We were encouraged when the house sale dragged on and on, mainly due to the buyer and the buyers solicitors. Everyone was really professional, friendly and competent. From the moment we decided to use Lawsons as our estate agent, to the moment we completed the sale of our house (today!), we have received help and advice all the way through the long process. Lawsons are a very professional team. A little more expensive than some other agents but worth it for the excellent service they provide. My sale was not an easy one with over 40 property viewings and a long tortuous after-sale journey. The whole Lawsons team have supported me throughout, and have always been nothing but professional, polite, helpful and courteous. They are always reachable and responsive, and they always did their best to obtain viewing feedback. They have certainly earned their money on this occasion.

We changed agents to Lawson due to feeling very let down by our previous agent and 2 fallen through sales with little to no aftersales support. What a difference! I cannot fault the service, advice and support received from the Lawson’s team. Kevin did the initial visit, valuation and listened to what we needed, giving sound advice for how to proceed. The house sold in a day, at the price we wanted. We completed the sale today. The after-sales service was excellent. Support from Annie in particular was appreciated and delivered in a timely manner and with a sense of humour. I have not needed to chase anything or ask for updates. Updates have been provided weekly even if just a touching base to say nothing new was expected yet. Throughout the whole experience I have felt heard, understood and supported and would not hesitate to recommend the team. Thank you

There seemed to be a lack of continuity between them and we sometimes didn’t receive the level of customer service we’d expect. Fantastic service from start to finish. Initially Kevin came by to value our property for one of those online quick selling companies. I remember Kevin in comparison to the other 2 valuators who showed no interest in us as people nor the property we had to offer. Kevin however was personable, honest and down right human. After a few weeks of stagnant communication with the quick sellers I gave up and remembered Kevin from the start. After calling him he was more than happy to take our property on with a due sense determination and pride. Even though our property sold quickly STC it took a while to get over the line. Needless to say throughout the entire process Kevin and his team work valiantly and diligently to ensure that we were being looked after and updated at every occasion. 7 months down the line I have today completed and moved to my new property, which as a first time seller was no mean feat. Without the professionalism and expertise of Lawson & Co this dream move could've at any point become a nightmare. Lawsons are everything a buyer would be looking for in an estate agent! They were a complete breath of fresh air compared to other high street agents we have used in the past. From the first viewing right through to completion, they have been consistently friendly, helpful and proactive. From the office team, Karen and Tess were both always at the end of the phone, and were extremely flexible and helpful with arranging additional viewings and anything else we needed. After our offer was accepted, we were contacted by Jo from their moving team who was fantastic throughout and really kept the ball rolling for us, chasing both side’s solicitors which saved us a significant amount of stress that we have experienced with our first purchase. We want to say a huge thank you to the team for playing a big part in getting us from offer to completion 12 weeks, we are very excited to enjoy our new home! Lawson Estate Agents have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had been searching for a house after selling our home 17 months ago and Lawson always went above and beyond in keeping in touch throughout our search and sending across properties they thought suitable. When our dream house arose I was over the moon that it was marketed with Lawson. Our whole experience from the time of viewing the property to completion stage was great. Ben in particular went out of his way to ensure we were kept in the loop throughout the whole process and made it as smooth as possible.
