I was really impressed at how helpful LTC have been right from the start of the process. Tracey was lovely and friendly when she showed me round the property twice and gave me some great information. Becky the sales progressor has been really tenacious and thorough all the way along which has been really useful, as we were having to push the “less-than-speedy” solicitors continually. Not your usual estate agent experience and if I ever sell my property I will definitely use them. Would recommend highly!

We've just bought our first home with Lang Town & Country, from viewing to getting the keys In our hands the whole experience was without fault. Marc took us for our viewings of the house & was extremely helpful with his knowledge of properties & giving us all the information we needed, which led to us putting an offer in! Once the sale was going ahead Nikki was on the other end of the phone whenever we needed her, keeping us updated & doing alot of chasing up for us. It was a long few months (not Langs fault) and Nikki was absolutely brilliant at responding and helping us out wherever she could. Bought my first property this year through the Mannamead Rd branch of Lang Town & Country and really couldn't have been happier with the whole process. My offers were responded to promptly and once we'd agreed a price, the sale process was handled very well. There were multiple bumps in the road but none of these were the fault of the estate agent and Debbie, the Sales Progressor, was extremely helpful throughout acting as a go-between with myself and the seller's legal team, I doubt we would have completed on time without her attentiveness and hard work.

I've rented with Lang Town and Country for almost 2 years now and have always found them to be an excellent Estate Agent. They are always kind, responsive and efficient. Their system for reporting maintainance and checking the status of issues is also very efficient. Hugo has been my contact at Lang Town and Country and I cannot fault him. He is always responsive to problems, effective at relaying information and a pleasure to talk to during routine property checks. Whilst I have not used Lang Town and Country for renting out a property, I can imagine from my experience of renting with them that they would be very effective and efficient from a landlord's point of view also. 5 Star Lettings/Estate Agent.
