GoogleHaart marketed my house in Millbrook. I found them very proactive and well-organised, getting all the viewings through over a two-day period. They gave the impression of really liking the house and being interested in selling it, whereas some agents I've encountered didn't seem to care. Also they make sure the prospective purchasers are really in a position to buy, before bringing them to view- this avoids a lot of time-wasting.

GoogleLeft us without heating or hot water, windows in the property were not up to standards, me and my housemate let it go for 3 months in the dead of winter before getting the hump with them and leaving, throughout they were very unhelpful and didn't seem to care if we were able to wash ourselves or the counters and floors, we also found dead mice in the cupboards and when we asked if the property was even checked over by them before we moved in because the landlord lived abroad their response was "we don't do that" utter imbeciles are supposed to be taking care of their clients property and don't check it
