GoogleSorry to say but must be the worst service that I've ever received from a company.
Impossible to get hold of and fail to deliver on promises.
Paid for work to be carried out on our property including electrical issues, supplied with a receipt of what had been carried out after paying. A month later spoke to our tenant and work hadn't been done !
New manager promises so much, talks the talk but fails to deliver.
Stay away, I wouldn't recommend.

GoogleFabulous service from Henrieta and Amy in lettings to ensure the smooth exit of tenants ready for property sale. We live in Surrey so didn't want to travel all the way down to Plymouth and really needed Haart to step up and they did.
Organised deep clean of house for us as tenants kept pets, all the necessary meter reads, plus turned down heating stat and turned off water. A big thank you once again.

GoogleI have been trying to resolve a problem with a property managed by Haart for over 9 months and have been lied to and ignored.
I guess they're more interested if there's money to be made but appalling service from people who clearly don't have an interest in anything other than profit.
UPDATE; MORE THAN A YEAR LATER THE PROBLEM IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. THIS COMPANY IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND BASICALLY DISHONEST. AVOID!!!!
