A fantastic team. I initially chose Haart Plymouth because they were clear, informative, open and helpful but weren't attempting a 'hard sell', they just gave me facts on selling my property. I really liked the non-pressured approach and it mirrored how the team worked throughout the whole house-selling process. They were professional, very quick to respond, helpful and available throughout, always giving clear options and information. As a result I had a quick and very easy sale. I was disappointed not to buy through Haart as I suspect the buying process would have been as efficient as the viewings were. I found the agent (Jenny) helpful and candid. She seemed as focused as I to find the property for me. She made constructive and well thought out comments putting negatives alongside the positives at each property. Jenny also ensured she didn't waste my time by showing me properties she knew did not fit my criteria, unlike other agents. Haart worked hard to close on a property but were thwarted by the vendors hesitancy (offer subsequently accepted) during which time I had found another, unfortunately not with Haart. The auto texts from Haart reminding you of the timings and addresses were very helpful. A friendly, personal but businesslike service. Recommended.

Finally an estate agent who knows what a real person wants. I have had a lot of experience with brash and annoying estate agents and like many people out there get annoyed with those flash ones that think you know nothing and need to walk you round a house (like you have never been in one before) and talk rubbish and think they are doing a great job when really they are annoying and all you want is to be left alone. The team at haart, from start to finish were wonderful. Gemma helped us with our first viewing and was excellent, gave us space to talk and look around at our own pace and was on hand to answer any questions we had when needed. She was very knowledgable about the area and the house, she was on the ball all the way through the process. Giving advice when asked and never pushy a true professional would recommend to both try and buy and sell from. The others in the team I have dealt with are Jordan, who is also fantastic she keeps you informed of everything and is always on hand to help and to guide you through the process even if you just need to unstress for a moment! Always got of the phone feeling happier and more relaxed about the process, exactly what you need when buying. I also spoke to ther valuator Luke for advice on what we were planning for the house on several occasions and he always spent longer than expected trying to help and even came over to another project I had just to see what was happening and see if there was any advice or help he could give. I would say haart has been excellent and have gone above and beyond I would expect, and I am someone who is very hard to please and have not in the past had a great fondness for estate agents, but as looking for other projects already, always look for haart houses before any other on right move as know I will get the service required.

Having sold our house quite quickly it was taking some time to find the right bungalow needed to allow for my access issues. Haart were very professional in their dealings with us. They readily arranged the viewings we needed and showed us round the empty property on two or three occasions. They then negotiated with the relevant parties to help agree a sale. Furthermore they kept in touch both with us and our selling agents throughout the process to facilitate exchange and completion as soon as possible. We're very happy with the move and grateful for Haart's help and involvement in the process. We wish them continued future success.

I've been trying to buy a house for about 3 months now, the market has been really mad and houses have been going before they have even really hit the market. I've now found the right house and although that house is not on with Haart, I can't speak highly enough of the experience I had with haart during the search process. We have had a nightmare with our solicitor and our buyer's solicitor through our sell and purchase, however Haart have been chasing and chasing on our behalf in order to get us in before Christmas. It's made our day as we were worried it would be delayed until afterwards. Jordan has kept in contact with us all the time and has chased all of the chain's solicitors. Thank you very much for all your hard work and excellent communication. I would definitely recommend Haart after this fantastic service. They go above and beyond! Moving in on Friday, thanks to the Haart team :-)

I would recommend anyone to use this estate agency. Every member of staff has exceptional customer service skills and easy to talk to. They took me through each step of the process as i was a first time buyer and answered any questions i had promptly and in great detail. Nothing was pushed upon me or pressured to make a purchase and went far beyond my expectations of them. They were honest from the outset and i never felt i was waiting or being messed around. We bought our property 4 years ago through Haart and tried to sell it around 18 months ago through Haart. Unfortunately that time around the sale fell through and due to family reasons we had to put the move on hold. However we put our house back on the market with Haart last Thursday, and yesterday we were able to accept and finalise an offer, all within the space of a week! we recently used Heart, Plymouth to advertise our beautiful home. the whole process was made very easy with simple steps. firstly we met with Jordan who came out to view our home and give us a valuation. jordan and her colleague came back to take photos and completed an amazing video which was put online within a few hours. our home was then given Hearts full expertise in the form of an "open house" where 3 people were shown around. unfortunately our forward purchase fell through so we had to give up the thought of selling. i can assure you that if we found an alternative home to purchase in the future, we would certainly use Jordan @ Haart to sell our property.
