I would not recommended this company at all as a tenant their customer service has been appalling . From reporting issues during my tenancy receiving no call backs when I was requesting them , no responses to complaints , I even had a gas man let himself into my property without me knowing ( literally given up hence why I moved ) . I had a viewing cancelled but no one at Haart informed me. I have been trying to get my deposit back since 28th August and still don’t know what’s going on I was meant to receive an email from Mark Foster yesterday but of course he sent it to my incorrect email even though I gave him my new email address and still yet to receive it still. I left a call back message with his colleagues this morning and still awaiting a call back . I have Beem trying to get through to him ever since to no avail . I’m not expecting a response from this either but just want to warn others of my bad experience with Haart and ongoing bad customer service .

i can't speak for the whole department, but the service myself and my housemates have received from Sarah P has been incredible! even going so far to help us out on her days off. We have had a few issues where we live and most were still unresolved until Sarah took us on. since then it has been swift responses in minutes and outstanding customer care. Shocking customer experience. Had massive damp problems in one of their properties. We aired the flat out daily and yes in the winter also. We emailed numerous times to ask someone to sort the problem. Sent a few guys over but no work was to be done. The lovely guys who came round identified the problem within the structural problems around the roof and chimney, where there was a huge crack. Anyway long story short.... they blamed us for the damp issue and when I moved out they withheld my deposit for 2 months. After investigation the full funds were released but then received a phone call saying ‘thanks you’ve cost us money over this’ shocking letting agency and would steer very clear

I put my house up for sale with haart and it was sold in 3 weeks. Jordan Hall came around to value my house and she was outstanding, I would recommend anyone selling to use haart. All the team haart have been a pleasure to deal with. In the past I have used other estate agents have been very dissatisfied, when I come to sell again haart will be my first choice. Finally an estate agent who knows what a real person wants. I have had a lot of experience with brash and annoying estate agents and like many people out there get annoyed with those flash ones that think you know nothing and need to walk you round a house (like you have never been in one before) and talk rubbish and think they are doing a great job when really they are annoying and all you want is to be left alone. The team at haart, from start to finish were wonderful. Gemma helped us with our first viewing and was excellent, gave us space to talk and look around at our own pace and was on hand to answer any questions we had when needed. She was very knowledgable about the area and the house, she was on the ball all the way through the process. Giving advice when asked and never pushy a true professional would recommend to both try and buy and sell from. The others in the team I have dealt with are Jordan, who is also fantastic she keeps you informed of everything and is always on hand to help and to guide you through the process even if you just need to unstress for a moment! Always got of the phone feeling happier and more relaxed about the process, exactly what you need when buying. I also spoke to ther valuator Luke for advice on what we were planning for the house on several occasions and he always spent longer than expected trying to help and even came over to another project I had just to see what was happening and see if there was any advice or help he could give. I would say haart has been excellent and have gone above and beyond I would expect, and I am someone who is very hard to please and have not in the past had a great fondness for estate agents, but as looking for other projects already, always look for haart houses before any other on right move as know I will get the service required.

Not sure where the 4.7 start comes from. Booked an appointment with Haart agent from Plymouth branch for a valuation. No show. No phone call. Nothing. Spoke with 2 other people from that branch to find out what was going on. Both promised to call back. No one did. Pathetic service. I recommend to stay clear from that agency.

We used Haart lettings to rent a place in Plymouth. Carly Glassup is the agent we worked with and she found us a place that fit our criteria. She made the renting process (viewing, referencing, etc.) very easy for us. Any problems that came up was sorted quickly. We would definitely recommend others to use Haart, and Carly, for renting.

After speaking to many estate agents inside advisors, I thought I knew what would happen. I was wrong.The meetings were not only arranged at times to suit me, but they were open, honest and reassuring. David took care of as much as possible and gave me as much assistance as I could have ever asked for. Not only were the mortgages better than what I could get from banks, but far less stressful. Well worth it! The team at Haart are there to help and thanks to them I have my own home. Lauren really looked after me and made sure that I was kept in the loop. Without her guidance, support and tenacity I doubt I would be moving in to my own home any time soon. An industry filled with pushy, rude and smug estate agents has now got to raise its game to meet the kind, polite and open people at Haart!

I just want to say a massive great big thank you!! Especially to Sam who took us on our house viewings, she was so helpful with everything and so lovely to. Also to Other staff who have been very helpful when I've called with a question that's never to silly! Me & and my boyfriend are first time buyers and are totally new with the whole moving out process, and was so confused with everything. Robyn who is the mortgage advisor we went through has also been fantastic and a great help with it all. We're only on the first part of buying our house but I have such great expectations of this company and will be so thankful for when we move into our forever home :-) :-)

We first met Alannah to view 2 properties. She spoke honestly about the 2 properties and listened to what we were looking for. She understood the need for a place that 'felt' right.
