Sold my property in Plymouth using fulfords. Jennifer Matthews, the Branch Valuer, was so supportive throughout the sell. Going above and beyond by chasing client information and getting in contact with the relevant people. The sale went through quicker due to her hard work and professionalism. She made the whole process, of selling a property, so easy. Can’t recommend her enough! If I ever sell another property in Plymouth I wouldn’t use anyone else. Thank you Jenni!

So im a first time buyer and unfortunately, it didn't go as smoothly and as quickly as I would've liked. Wasn't the best 7 months of my life but the only good thing from this experience was how great Matt Binney was. I can not recommend this company enough for anyone who is struggling in there home search. I have been applying for homes since January with rejection after rejection and this company is the only one that has phone me and made me feel that I have hope in finding a home. Jessica Acton is an absolute start, she has been phoning me with good and bad news about properties but then helping me apply for more straight away, she goes to the extent of even writing down my details on forms and sending them over for me to sign due to technology issues. Having used agents before to rent a home, I was concerned I was going to be in for a bumpy ride when I decided to take on this new property. I was use to consistent messages asking for money, things not being fixed and unhelpful advice, when dealing with other agents.... This couldn't be further from the truth with Fulfords. We want to say a special thanks to Jasmine. Right from the start she kept us up to date on our move, she made any paperwork that was being processed easy to understand. All the while being friendly and super polite. Jasmine has been awesome at communicating anything we need with our landlord. Long story short. Lucy was the estate agent in charge of a property. We visited the property on Thursday and the landlord said that she would be taking in apllication over the weekend and replying by Monday. We put in a an application on Friday morning and Lucy gave us a rejection within half an hour. Apparently, Lucy decides which applications the landlord should see.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

The estate agents in this Fulfords branch were friendly and welcoming, especially Yolanda, the only issue was the length of time and only a few viewings to find interested buyers, however after the statutory three month period had elapsed and i told them I would be using another estate agent, out of the blue we had six viewings in one week, shame it was the threat of moving to a competitor was necessary to get things moving on their part
