TrustpilotVery poor service
They have not communicated or contacted us with weekly reports. They have not discussed why they are not booking any viewings. The photos of our property were of poor quality. They have not provided the service promised or any kind of service in attempting to sell our home. I would not recommend them to anybody.

GoogleAwful costumer service. All problems have been brush under carpet. Staff on lettings and property management are Belittling.

Staff at their Gosport office very friendly and helpful but when it comes to sorting problems a absolute disgrace. We rented from them and gave a list of items that needed doing in the flat and none of these were ever but right. We have now been waiting four weeks for the refund of our deposit even though the landlord has authorised the full payment.Wouldnever use them again.

Even 1 star is too much ! Over valued house by 45 thousand, then they informed us it was up too high! Had to chase them for feedback from viewings , staff extremely unhelpful ONCE they had the property on Their portfolio, have removed house from the market will wait until we are out of contract and use someone else, also their fees are astronomical.

DO NOT USE FOR RENTING. It took over a month and numerous emails for them to process the repayment of our security deposit. We had to do all the chasing - all they could supply was excuses. You have been warned.

Fox and sons- burgess hill branch Myself and my partner bought through fox and sons, the experience was stressful due to the seller of the house we were purchasing, but I can happily say that f+s were very supportive and helpful through this experience. Jamie from fox and sons was especially great at staying in contact with me and was amazing support and guidance.

GoogleFox & Sons Guided us through buying our first home very well. All steps and charges were made clear from the beginning. Our mortgage Advisor Scott Thomson advised us when making offers on property and even managed to find a lender who would lend to us even after being turned down by others. Would highly recommend, especially for first time buyers

GoogleWent to fox and sons to see a guy call Sam Martin. Me and my wife could not of been happier with the professional help and time Sam gave us. He kept us in the loop the hole progress and even done things out of work hours. Could not of thanked him enough. Highly recommend.

GoogleProfessional and fast service. Bethany Laine helped us to get the tenancy agreement signed in record time and assisted us with many queries we had. I was initially anxious renting a house in another city and just 7 days before the move date, but Bethany took care of everything and put me at ease.
