Fox and Sons Mutley Plain dealt with the sale of my late mum's house. The sale went very smoothly and Suzie always responded very efficiently to any queries we had and kept us updated on the progress of the sale at all times. Extremely happy with the service we received.

Fox and Sons Hastings Awful.

Fox and Sons Hastings are the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. Never call you back, fail to deal with complaints and fail to deliver on promises. I would avoid them at all costs and go elsewhere. Customer service is not a thing they understand.

Susan from start to completion was professional and polite. She worked hard to sell our house and kept us informed. We chose her as she didn’t use a hard sell on us and was very likeable. I would definitely recommend her and Fox & Sons at Mutley.

Pick a different agent

Customer service is great at first but once they’ve got you they couldn’t care less. Staff are rude and are always ‘too busy’

As a landlord they look out for my interests and ensure the tenants needs are meet. They always go that little bit extra. I would recommend them as letting agents.
