From the initial meeting through to day-to-day management of my property, the team has been friendly, efficient and diligent in every aspect of the let. I can sit back, relax and receive the rental income once a month without any doubt that I'll hear from Cross Keys if anything needs to be brought to my attention. GoogleI did not give a second thought reviewing these lovely staffs of Cross Keys Estate .. Since viewing,, LYNNE is very warm and approachable. CRAIG is very attentive of my queries even at out of office hours .. KATHERINE .... the lady with a smile 😍 .. is very accommodating and helpful.. She guided me with everything I need to know.Lastly.. JO REES ,, the marketing manager is always there when I needed her most. GoogleStay clear from these rip off agents. Over charging for less than standard properties and asking for 5k upfront rent if you just earn under the 3x rent theshold even with a guarantor. Mind you yearly income is just under 20k without guarantor. Could of told us this on the phone we wouldn't of bothered booking a viewing or wasted our time. It's laughable really. Dont waste your time look else where. Just to clarify I was with the person who viewed the property and spoke on the phone to the agent who requested 6 months rent upfront. I wouldn't be too shocked if you start seeing more honest reviews like this being left when landlords and agent's are becoming greedy.

GoogleCross Keys have been fantastic, after buying my property through them initially it was a no brainer asking them to help me sell. Through it all Jo Dawson-Lavender held my hand and helped me navigate the market. They have kept me informed all the way through the short time it took to sell. An honest and accurate valuation from Hannah, great marketing, respectful and timely viewings from the beginning has taken the stress of selling away. Not to mention the stunning photographs for the marketing, definitely got lucky with the sunshine! Cross keys are a very professional, conscientious and hard working team who will do their very best to help you. I would highly recommend.

GoogleCross Keys Estate DON'T recommended to any body waste of my time, according to my knowledge, I am very disapointed I have a feeling they have lied and misleaded the customer unless they come out with a real solution. I have spoken to Fiona. I think and believe she's the manager The reason why I say that is, 1, as soon as the property advertised on zoopla I'm the first person to speak about the property,(time 12:19 on the 6th Thursday day of April, she have my details she told me I will call you back to discuss about the viewing. but after 2 hours she didn't call me back so I called them back, she said they cannot make any appointment due to the Easter holidays and bank holidays. Only available date for viewing this property is the date they have booked me below. 2, I have a booked appointment at 3:15 on April 12th, Wednesday. 3, 11th Tuesday, today email them 8: 58am.but never replied. The reason why I emailed, I'm coming from far away I have to drive six hours to the appointment and according to that, I want to call them and confirm I'm coming tomorrow for the appointment and if there any appointment available for early viewing on (12th Wednesday). I am happy to booked in. She said all the appointment starting from 2pm is fully booked on 12th april. Also, I have mentioned, I would like to leave the deposit to secure the property for me because I like the property. 4) Fiona, has told me she will discuss with the team to reserving the property and let me know, 5,) Fiona, called back to me later, come out with this idea, Sorry property has gone during the weekend. somebody viewed and let out during the weekend. I don't know how that happened because she has told me there is no appointments available until the 12th of April Wednesday . First appointment Start at after 2 p.m. on 12th April Wednesday. So that means she didn't have time to show the property to anybody due to the Easter holidays and bank holidays. 6) what happens if I go there without calling them on the appointment day, they have been booked. I did findout all this because I have contacted them to findout about the early viewing. If I went there to view the property without calling, which story going to make at that time? I am very disappointed about their customer service and how they mislead the customers.

GoogleDo not use these avoid at all cost! They are nothing but useless I’m at a property that is manage by them and every time I report a problem only minor things gets sorted I have got my kitchen sides splitting and going mouldy I have bricks falling off my back garden walls and have tiles in the bathroom crack and broken nothing being done about these. I have a baby on the way and they think this is acceptable to bring a child into I will never use these again!
