GoogleEveryone is really helpful and accomodating. I had my first property to rent with them, very quick response and they go above and beyond to help their tenants. All transactions and documents are transparent which is great especially when you are starting out. Huge thanks to the whole team especially Craig and Lynne.

GoogleGreat estate agents and priced much lower than competitors, would not hesitate to use them again. The marketing of my property was absolutely amazingly done and perfectly presented, this generated a huge amount of interest within the first few days of it going on the market. The photos and video tour taken by the agent were professionals done and gave potential buyers a realistic view on how the property looks. The team are super professional, Jon was extremely flexible and made sure everything was done to the highest standards! Fiona was able to manage the sale progress and talk me through the whole process advising me all the way. The viewings that took place were all done on time and feedback was given to me promptly, either the same day or first thing in the morning. Everything was easily managed through cross keys property portfolio website. My property sold over the asking price and within days of going on the market, I would 100% use this 5 star estate agent again and also recommend anyone to do the same!

GoogleWritten as a tenant, I will say the service we have received has been fantastic! Any issues we have, have been repaired/replaced very promptly, and they even arranged a NEW upgraded appliance to be installed in under 48 hours of the issue being reported! I was updated every step of the way and felt at ease that everything has being handled and I needed to do nothing but report and the rest was left to them. Everyone I have dealt with within the agency has been nothing but helpful, but I have to add Lynne is a credit to your company. GoogleIt isn't often that I give a five star review, but these guys are fantastic. I have allowed them to deal with two of my property transactions over the last five years and now I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. Professional, courteous, caring and always keeping me updated, they always go the extra mile - and quite honestly in this day and age when you need to have properly qualified and helpful people being this good, why trust anything so important to anyone else? There's a few cowboys out there, but these guys are the kings of the hill. I cannot praise them highly enough. Five star all the way.

GoogleMy wife and I have used Crosskeys for 13 years having bought, sold, and let property through them. Being a relatively small agency, they offer a first class and personal service that larger chains would struggle to provide. The Directors Jack and Craig have an excellent working knowledge of the local property market in Plymouth and Jack has given up his time to advise us regarding both buying and selling in the city. We recently sold our property in Holly Park. The sale took longer than expected but Fiona Hardie, the Senior Property Consultant at Crosskeys, kept everything on track. She worked hard in the background to ensure that the solicitors involved maintained effective communication and that deadlines were met. We were delighted when the sale completed on 1st August this year. Thank you, Crosskeys and all the team who work, so hard!
