GoogleVery poor communication, surprised they sell anything if they do not give out information! Had a response from a very unprofessional owner, but to put my side I did respond to their email on the 22nd of January, then again on 25th January, which I have forwarded to the owner, and it is now 3rd of February and STILL no response.NegativeResponsiveness

YellTerrible service.
Disgusting service. Tried to put a blind bid in for a house. Was told I would have to view, and was ensured that I would be the first to view. Received a phone call 5 mins prior to viewing to be told that someone else had viewed before me and that it was now sold. Offered more money and was told no. So if you’re thinking of selling with them, don’t bother.

GoogleWe found the whole experience buying a property the Cross Keys a real pleasure (which we’ve never experienced with ANY other agent) all staff are competent, professional and go the extra mile for you as a client without hesitation.
