In 2024 and I instructed a well known local agent to sell my home. Big noise, big chat not a lot else leading to a year later taking it off the market. Prior to this was cold call after cold call ( while at work or unable to answer a call I had not asked for !) from agent after agent !2026 I decided to go again, I contacted the only agent that hadn't previously harassed me. From calling Cross keys to selling was 2 weeks ! It had the family feel right from the first call, everything was explained clearly and most importantly what they said they would do, they did. In a sea of snakes let them be the light ! Jack, Fiona, Hannah and the team I cannot thank you enough and would unreservedly recommend Cross Keys for all your selling and buying needs. I’ve had my property managed by them since 2018 and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received over the years. They’ve always been friendly, helpful and reliable, and I’ve always felt that my property is in safe hands. I have been a tenant with crosskeys for 5 years and only left due to purchasing my own house. Throughout my tenancy they have been excellent as a letting agent. The staff are easy to get in touch with, friendly and professional. Any maintenance issues have been dealt with quickly and efficiently, communication between them and my landlord was great and any admin was clear and straight forward. I have been letting my property with cross keys since 2019 and cannot fault their service. Communication is consistent and informative, any issues are sorted out very quickly which is great for both myself and my tenants. All annual inspections and compliances are observed such that I can be sure my property is lawful. Cross keys also provide an annual statement of income and expenses which make reports to HMRC easy. All of this for a very reasonable fee!
